HORRIBLE JOB/SERVICE!!! Pretended to “ wash my car” but it still came back within 5 mins ( too quick for a hand car wash) with bug splatter and dirt/dust all over it. Absolutely no wash was performed and he thought I wouldn’t notice. Horrible interior job as the middle console was still completely dirty and poor vacuum job. I complained and he then proceeds to spot clean every area that’s still filthy (which was the entire car) Don’t waste your money or time! I had to go to another car wash right after just to get the service I needed. #servicepaidbutnotrendered

Do not recommend for emissions testing. Cannot speak to the detailing / car wash. Facility does appear to accommodate large vehicles of all types. Was disappointed that I got the runaround. My emissions test failed because of the gas cap. The staff member recommended I go to auto zone AND COME BACK! And come back THE SAME DAY! With the paper work and it would be free as long as I made the corrections. He did say he would be taking a lunch but that he would be back. Regardless online it says they are still open (even now). I go to auto zone and replace my gas cap and come back. I see the original team member inside (maybe he’s on lunch). A different team member approaches me and says the guy who does emissions is gone… FOR THE DAY!! (AGAIN! I already see this man through the window! Why lie???) Gone for the entire day when literally 30 minutes ago he told me to come back. I don’t understand the lying. Why lie and say he’s gone ? I am not against a lunch break? But why lie?! Or when I called earlier before arriving in the first place why say you are open today if you are not? Or let me know on the phone to start it’s strict limited hours? OR WHY SUGGEST I COME BACK??? Did you not think I would come back? And now you do not want to service my car and conduct my emissions test because I made my corrections and you won’t get double-paid for the same test?? But again — why lie? I’m not against a lunch break. I can find an errand to do. Lol but why say he’s not there and I see him (with my own eyes) why tell me to come back once I correct it and it would be free? Lol It’s giving scam. Do not recommend off of the pure reason if they lie about a lunch break what else are they lying about. Service: Emissions testing

I went to get my emissions done for me and my husband's cars. It was quick and they answered all my questions (idk a lot about cars as a woman) and were very polite.

Bought the "Ambassador" package because I was selling the truck to a friend and wanted it clean. Dropped it off at 9:30am and they said they needed it for hours but they would call when it was done, they never called so I showed up at 5pm and "it had been done for an hour and a half". Wax left on paint and vinyl, loose crud in the door pockets, completely untouched console, gross cup holder they evidently got spills on and never looked at ( still wet and it wasn't this morning ). I would have gladly paid 50% more to have it done right. If you're looking for a thorough job, customer communication or anything else, this is not your place. Services: Auto detailing, Full body wash, Steam cleaning, Car waxing, Seat shampooing, Auto interior vacuuming

There were 4 cars ahead of me but I didn't wait that long at all. The guy doing the inspections was quick and obviously well organized. He was friendly and professional as well. All around a very good experience handling that annual chore we all dread.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but sometimes you gotta call it. When I arrived, the guys were cool and friendly. I told him it's a new car to me so its already been detailed, it came up from Florida and has a lot of love bug splats I need taken care of plus, the inside windshield had stickers and sticker residue to be removed. I usually wash my own vehicles and can handle it, but knew I didn't have the right chemicals for love bugs or sticker residue. I asked if he could do it and he told me, "oh yeah everyone has those bugs on there, we'll take care of you". After an hour of waiting, I paid and even tipped 20%, but them went out to look at the vehicle and love bug splats were still there and so was a sticker on the inside. I told him about those and his attitude changed toward me. He took a razor and scrapped off the sticker, still leaving residue and now fingerprints all over the inside glass. He wiped down the areas where the bug splats were with a rag which also left streaks now. I reminded him about how those were the only two things I needed and he said he would take care of it, but didn't. He did say sorry he couldn't do anything about it, but should have told me that from the beginning. * in response to the owners reply, "U got the wrong detail center. We haven’t serviced this kind of car today. Should be a detail center down the road" I've added my receipt photo to show that it was in fact Jambo Mega Detail. It was done Sunday afternoon. Service: Full body wash

Seriously great staff and an impressive job well done! The Full Detail at $79 was perfect as I'm about to have a baby and needed help getting dog hair out of the backseat before the baby arrives. I felt it would be nearly impossible to get all that white hair out of the cloth seats, but there is seriously not one hair left. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! My car is cleaner than the day I bought it, and the crew was all super nice.
