Bad service rude and when I asked why I paid more than sign posted he said “I’m going to change price” in a very rude tone “I think they should change price inside first happy customers are better than complaining ones”

Horrible customer service! I went to put some gas in my working truck and the guy was outside talking with his friends . I told him to Come and help me because I was working and I can’t be waiting for him just to be talking with his friend and when he came back to helped me he was so rude and he didn’t want to take my money he told me to leave and I told him why are you kicking me out when I just told you to come and helped me I wasn’t rude to him . I think they should have a better customer service.

They really put locks on their pumps lol. I didn't notice they were closed untill i finished my payment. Only to find out it had a lock on the handle. Now i know go check to see if a gas station is open late at night.

Definitely something wrong with their gas. This was the only gas station we would go to and coincidentally my RV started to have problems. I would use it to fill up our brand new generator too and you can see that it's starting to get rusted in the bottom....no bueno.

Terrible customer service Crystal! I Use to frequent this Chevron 1 -2 times a week but after the last visit I wont be going back but instead head to the Chevron on Van Nuys 1 mile away. I was in need of some air due to a nail in my tire. I went to ask the clerk Crystal to ask to turn on the air machine and she refused and advised I need to put gas in before I can get the air. I told her that I come to this gas station a few times a week and if she could please turn on the air which she still refused. In some cases Crystal you have to be able to make an executive decision, morally and ethically, and in this instance, she failed the skill set. I just moved to the area and was a customer since January and could have potentially been a life long customer. But now, you lost a customer and got a negative review. Also, already shared this experience with friends, family and neighbors.

It was small but the only place I could find and i Was out of gas! Used my card at the pump & was in and out in a jiffy!

This Chevron gas station is so cheap and has no customer Service! They won’t even open air for you no matter what. You can have a flat tire and they wouldn’t care. I was told you have to pay for air or go somewhere else. I’ll be taking my business to Arco

Do not use this has station!!!! It was previously closed down for adding WATER To the gas. They still continue to do this. I recently had a major issue with my car, I was told there was water mixed in with my gas. This was the only gas station I was filling up at. So it no coincidence especially since they are known for doing this!!!

No public bathrooms , if you can go to another gas station . Very tight parking lot for cars , has a mechanic working on tires . Not enough room for everyone .
