Just left. The WORST customer service experience I have ever had! Not friendly at all. Asked a simple question, got a couple of sarcastic answers. And the cashier didn't want to be there.

It's alrighty, everything just seems super overpriced then when things are "on sale" it just seems like actual retail price. The store itself is still really clean with friendly staff I don't think I can get over the prices on decor tho. Prices on fabric and jewelry supplies seamed reasonable.

It's always a mixed experience, sometimes pleasant and sometimes not. I usually feel like there is nobody around to help if you have a question, still better than Michael's or Hobby Lobby.

If I could give negative stars I would, worse customer service I have seen. People are too lazy to help either in person or over the phone, asked 3 different people to help all seem annoyed that I ask help finding stuff, one was even next to what I was trying to find and she still said I had to look for my self, I've gone to other Joann's before and never been treated like this, or any other store, this place sucks.

This Joann location is AMAZING!!! I love the set up of this location and the amazing employees. The employees have a great attitude very welcoming. They have a ton of fabric to choose from compared to a few other locations I have been too. I didn't not care for the discounted fabric section it was an absolute mess and not to shop. Other then the section the store was very clean and organized...

JOANN'S had 20% off on this yarn. I needed 17 balls to crochet the afgan (the picture is in the background of the different color yarn photo). They were out of the oatmeal but they ordered it and I'll pick it up at the store and get it at the same price! Thank you, JOANN'S in Temecula!!

Crafts, fabrics, pillows, frames and other things making your imagination come to life. The people who work there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and creative!

Everything was on sale, but the store was a little hard to navigate because there's no big signs telling you where things are. They have wall signage and aisle signage, but that's it.
