I was just in H&R Block. The Supervisor of the office had my mother in for a walk-in. The Supervisor started a tax return for my mother without asking any questions on why we were there. Did not mention any payment or cost of the service she was starting. Then handed my Mom a choice of a bill $50 not to file or $145 to file for her STANDARD DEDUCTION. The sign says no surprises and upfront pricing. NOT TRUE! They are a scam!

Weii I did my taxes online and for some reason my state return was rejected and I had no communication as to why. When I called they said I had to go in and when I did they wanted to charge me 80$ to get even look at my return and tell me why . I had a simple return the federal went right through. They really were unwilling to help. So much for free filing with H & R block.

Terrible experience at this location! Overpriced and communication was kept at a minimum. I was told that an expense I was consistent with using was never taught to them and shouldn’t be counted, this is ridiculous. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, will not be coming back.

It was easy to set an appointment online, Jackie was friendly and professional, and I learned a lot while we were filing the taxes. Jackie made me feel confident that she knew exactly what to do. She asked lots of questions to understand our needs. Jackie also explained in detail step by step what she was doing. This was the first time I actually got to understand how to file taxes. I'm definitely coming back next year to file taxes with her!

I haven't been to H & R Block in years nor have I ever been to this office at all. I made a appointment with Carol Dean and had a great experience. Not only was she professional she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable and we had a great conversation about various topics. She is a very funny woman and made a big impression on me. My tax preparation didn't take long at all. I was very satisfied with my refund. I would highly recommend this office and ask for Carol Dean you won't be disappointed. I look forward to not only seeing Carol again next year but many years to come.
