My wife and I experienced a very outstanding customer service from Mike. Though he was about to go to lunch, he dropped everything and asked if he could assist us. We showed him the part we were looking for and he immediately contacted the warehouse if they had the part available. Then he processed our request and send us to the warehouse with a map. When we arrived at the warehouse the part was waiting for us. We appreciate his diligent assistance on this matter.

I had a great experience with One Stop Windows and Doors. I desperately needed a new front door. This never comes at a good time, but it came at the worst time for me! Every email and every phone call was answered, they worked within my budget and, more importantly, worked within by time frame. After the door was professionally installed, I received a phone call from the owner to ask if my experience was a good one. And it certainly was!

Although there were delays from the manufacturer, John and team were able to work with Fleetwood to deliver part of the order early so we could complete framing first and minimize further delays. The quality of the products is fantastic.

I finally have time to write this review. They installed the kitchen door end of November last year and we are very disappointed about their customer service. We are returned customer and were very happy about bedroom closet door and front entry window's jobs done 10+ years ago. However, this time from the time we visited their office/showroom till the time they completed the installation was a 6 months span. I had to chase them over and over again just to get hold of the scheduling person to schedule an estimate . But of course they have already told me they were supper busy and could not do an installation perhaps until September. We figured we were not that desperate in needing a new kitchen door and it would be ok if we had this done before the winter/ raining season. The door was finally ordered and installed in November, but no "walk through" was offered after the installation and we even had their manager involved due to some scratches on the door and our kitchen cabinet where they run the power line perhaps. We decided not to continue to pursue further with them because it was getting too unhappy. It is only a kitchen door after all.

The sliding patio door, the lock broke, leaving only the handle, i went to three different door places and none of them could identify the handle or the lock. went to One Stop Doors, and Garrett was able to identify and give me information on purchasing it, It is good to know that some business/people will still take the time and help instead of looking for a fast dollar. Thumbs up to Garrett and Thank you..............

I wished I had read the review before getting windows from this company. They have the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. They do not answer your call and do not call you back even if you requested in the voice mail. The quality of the windows was not good either. I spent 20K on the windows and half of the locks broke within half year. I had been calling them and even go to the store in person to remind them to replace the locks every week. And guess what? they still have not come over and fix my problem. Having windows with broken locks made me feel unsafe because anyone could break in to my house anytime when I'm not home. I would never choose this company because after they got your money, your on your own risk.

As a Home Builder, we've worked with OneStop Windows for at least the past 2 years. They're competitive on price, but we've stayed with them for their service. Our rep, Beth, is absolutely outstanding - fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend work with Beth at OneStop to anyone!
