Drive through service- went to get prescription medicine for my daughter. They told me the wait will be around 30-40 max. Waited at the parking lot since driving home will take around 20mins so decided to wait in my car. Txt was never sent to me although 40 mins passed so I went back to the window as I still had my baby in my car. Waited over an 1 hour, but this was still not ready and then they told me to comeback in 15-20mins.. ha.. ha! Don’t expect them they will provide on time service.

Yes, in CA you CAN, as a matter of fact, sell liquor before 10am on a Sunday. Reference B & P Code 25631. Personel needs training on local laws and regulations.

I just want to say, I had the best experience to day at Walgreens 24 hour. A lady name Nikki rung me up, I forgot the code for my discount on my Christmas photos. She then connected with the photo department guy and the two of them worked together to figure out my Delma. They were so professional and friendly.

the young male, and tall black cashiers are the nicest most personable patient workers at this location. theyre helpful and friendly. prices are pretty high but i guess extra cost for the convenience of a 24 hour location around during these times is the trade off. selection is very minimal. perhaps as a inventory control measure? overall im grateful to have a 24 hour open option location. i hope the cashiers mentioned above are taken care of by their employers as this location was in desperate need of decent people

This place is the closest to where I live. I don't own a car, so I have to walk to this place for at least 1/2 miles. I recently went shopping for groceries and when I finally reached the cashier and imputed my EBT card and info, he says to me, "oh, I forgot to mention that the EBT system isn't working". Management should have posted a warning about it. I came back home empty handed, needing food to feed myself and my son. This is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I have been a daily customer, but after today, I rather walk an extra mile or more.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Steer clear of this particular Walgreen's. I've quite literally have never observed anybody be as condescending as the lady that was working to my wife, before. And, when my wife asks for help from the manager, he stands there abaolutely silent. Honestly, it was an amazing spectacle to behold. Needless, to say I win't be returning here anytime soon.... if ever

I just left that store at 3am being that I work nights and sleep during the day I figured I'd shop after work and that way I can stay asleep. Well the two ladies that I seen working there seemed nice but really where keeping their eyes on me as if I was going to steal after buying $50 worth of things I could have gotten for less at Walmart if I just went during the day.😒🤬🤬🤬🖕🏼

Yes I know its long, but worth the read: This was my first time in this store and the employee named Teresa was so rude to myself and my significant other because of his service dog. She walked up to us and asked us to put our service dog named Ranger in a cart instead of letting him walk around because she said it is against the law to allow any animals to walk inside of Walgreens. I told her that owners are allowed to be accompanied by their service animals in any public space where the owner is allowed. Ranger was not wearing a service dog vest at the time because he had just received medicine at the base of his neck and we did not want to irritate the area. The employee Teresa then asked to see some type of identification for Ranger and said that it is required by law that he wear a service vest which is in COMPLETE VIOLATION of federal ADA laws that say, a business "May ask ONLY (1) if animal is required due to disability and (2) what tasks it is trained to perform. May not require documentation or proof of certification or licensing. 28 C.F.R. § 35.136(f) (2010)." We know what our rights are and this employee clearly crossed the line and was talking to another employee obviously very loudly saying "Arent service dogs required by law to wear a vest?" to which the other employee answered "yes". I have NEVER been so disrespected while in a store because of our service dog. They were trying to make us look bad as if we were just trying to skirt the law. Then another employee started following behind us for no reason, just staring at Ranger. Mind you my dog is house trained and is trained to sit at our feet when we stop walking, he was in no way unruly or out of hand. Our service dog has all of his paperwork from my significant others doctor saying that he is indeed in need of a service animal. Also, Why would your employee suggest that you put any type of animal in a grocery cart, knowing that people put their food in those? That is a very unsanitary practice that is being suggested at your store. Walgreens needs to address this issue with their very rude employee and update her on the laws regarding service animals.

The pharmacy employees are mean and liar and they encounter your life in danger easily. Do not go there if you take vital medicines. I dropped my prescription off four day before its due, after four days, I got there to pick my medicine up, but they told me that the prescription has some problem and they should talk with my doctor. I told them this medicine is vital for me and this your fault because you had four days to solve the problem. They simply told me yesterday, this was dropped off but the cameras could prove their lie. I asked to talk with the manager, but they didn't show him or her to me. I had very bad health condition so I could not argue with them any more. I left there and I went to a CVS and a nice lady from the CVS gave my medicine and saved my life.I don't advertise for the CVS , but I am warning sick people from the mean and dangerous employees.
