The best target! I used to live down the street from here and they have everything that I needed. This Target is hidden near a school it was a bit hard to find because it is not located on any main streets. It is also quite big and has a giant parking lot so you won't have any problems parking your car. The area is kind of ghetto because well it is Van Nuys.. so don't expect it to be in a nice area. There is also a Target down Sepulveda closer to Sherman Oaks which is a lot cleaner and has a parking garage. But if you don't mind being in a ghetto area, I recommend this one. This Target is comparable to the one that I would go to when I lived in Valencia

I was going for a quick run so I decided to do the drive up and before I signed that my items were delivered one was still missing and charged for. They said it was out of stock and it is canceled so I went into the store to go and find something similar come to find out that the product I wanted was out on the floor untouched so I asked an associate if I could take it because on my receipt at this time the item was not canceled and my charge remained. He tells me that I can't take it and needed to be recharged for it. No manager was brought in to help my situation and I left very upset. I wake up this morning to fins out that my cards were still at the same charge. This item was not canceled what so ever like I was told the other day I had to do the cancelation myself. I am very disappointed that no 9ne was able to help me over demeaning so simple and that I was lied to in regards to the charge being cancelled when the item was not found. Very poor customer service.
