Don't waste your time shopping at this home depot frankly any home depot. There's something always wrong with their return desk. Systems are broken so they can't do returns, rude customer service. They never have issues selling you stuff but good luck returning they're broken stuff.

This is one of the worst Home Depot's you can go to. The employees hardly know where to direct you for why you are looking for. Their inventory isn't updated on the app or website and forget being young or not looking like you work construction because they will profile you and follow you around the store not allowing you to shop in peace.

I had customer service employees page someone to help me several times in the hardware and gardening department, no one ever came over. Meanwhile other employees just stood there talking to one another. I said screw it and left. The best part: I went on Amazon and found an off brand Ryobi 40v battery and charger combo for over $100 less.

Absolute garbage customer service. I tried calling numerous times, and every time I was hung up on before I could talk to anybody. I even called another store to see if they could get in touch with VN, and they even hung up on them. Someone needs to be fired.

This store is my favorite place to shop for household items. The best prices for cleaning supplies. Also,check out on their plants for gardening. Always something new to find.

Average review from multiple visits: Would definitely go here for anything garden related, highly helpful and knowledgeable associates with good customer service. The rest of the store doesn't have an ounce of that. Majority of staff frequently standing in clusters socializing with each other and defer you to someone else not present when you ask for help. They say they'll get someone; who never comes, and the person that said they'd get help doesn't either.

This the WORST Home Depot location. There is NO REASON. To shut down the self checkout and funnel every single customer through 3 amateur cashiers at 530pm on a Thursday. They could at least keep the contractor door open past six. Meanwhile? Orange Aprons are standing around doing nothing. This is Freaking Ridiculous.

I came to this Home Depot location to pick up my online order. The first curbside pickup sign took me to the wrong spot but I know the curbside is usually near the front entrance of all Home Depot store so I just drove toward there and found the right area. After checking in, it only took like 3 minutes for someone to come out with my order. So I was bascially only there for like 5 minutes. I would recommend using curbside pickup to avoid going into the store and then waiting to pay.

Bought some materials online to help set up an at home work space. Ordered last night, got the email at 8am that it was ready for pick up. Drove out, curbside pick up spots were right I'm front of the main entrance. Once parked I was greeted by am employee. In the email you clock the I'm at the Store button and fill out some basic info like spot number and car make and color. Waiting less than 5 mins and an employee loaded my stuff into my trunk. Never left the driver's seat. Solid system. Hopefully businesses continue with this service.
