If you're thinking about ordering a couch this is 100% the company. I wanted this couch in Purple which is not an option so I called and spoke with Henry, He stated that this color was no longer being used but let's see what I could do. And this is what I received, A stunning Purple & white custom couch. Dealing with Henry has been the best customer service I've ever experienced. Starting out I had sent him a half dozen emails just asking question and every time receive an immediate answer. The day of ordering Henry & I were on the phone for well over an hour going over every detail and measurement of this couch, I had a couple minor change requests and he made all of that happen. All of the pieces were shipped to my house in perfect condition because they were meticulously package in order for not one piece to even have the slightest scratch.

I absolutely love my Melbourne Mid Size sectional sofa. The quality and the craftsmanship is impeccable! This is by far the best sofa I have ever bought, money well spent. We had a really great experience ordering our sectional from Opulent Items. Everything was wrapped so well, it took us a while to unwrap it. Once unwrapped setting up the sectional was very easy. Before we placed our order Henry offered to send us some color samples so it made our decision so much easier. Henry was very helpful and responded very fast to all my questions. All their items are beautiful and unique. I will definitely order from opulent again!

Amazing experience so far with Opulent. We were looking around for a modern contemporary look sectional sofas for a while and then saw Opulent! We were nervous about spending $$$ for an online items we have never seen physically. It's risky but, it's all worth it in the end! Henry contacted us right away to provide us with detailed information of the product, pricing, specifications, etc. He sent us leather samples with different colors. I saw other reviews complaining about the material not being real leather. Henry was very specific when he spoke to us that the sofa is not all covered by real leather. So we knew what we expected. They can do all part with all real leather but the cost is much higher and Henry also gave us that option. So, no complain here on that issue. Our sofa was delivered perfectly, the color is as what we saw from the sample Henry sent us, the timeline of delivery is pretty accurate (8-10 weeks). The whole experience purchasing with Henry was fantastic and easy. The only hiccup was we live in an apartment building and the delivery truck couldn't/refused to bring the sofa upstairs due to risk/insurance purpose, which we expected because Henry warned us about this. We tried to pay him extra but the delivery guy didn't take it. Thankfully we got help from our building porter so we paid him instead. We got our sofa last week and we LOVE it!! They are a bit on the firm side than what we expected but that doesn't bother us. Great Quality overall! LOVE LOVE the pillows that came with it and the table! If you look for a true good quality modern sectional sofa, look no further.

After ordering we found out that normally they do not deliver to our area (North Dakota) but Henry worked to find another shipper and still got us our beautiful sectional! The delivery went well, the freight delivery man even commented that he couldn't believe how well it was packaged & cared for it was throughout delivery. He was shocked and very impressed when I told him how far it had come! We unpacked it and it was BEAUTIFUL, not a single scratch, mark, or anything. Very easy to set up. It has exceded my expectations for both looks & quality! It's comfortable but still quite firm. I was told it will have a little more give with time. I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant to make such a big purchase site unseen at first, but all the reviews I read swayed me to purchase from Opulent Items... am I ever glad that I did! From the color swatches to the custom ordering it was a great experience. They even held our couch prior to delivery free of charge when our construction was delayed! I would definitely recommend the white glove service... our couch weighs over 700 pounds!!! Solid construction and firm supportive seat cushions. I recommend Opulent Items without any reservations!

I was renovating my basement when shopping for a sofa that makes my home theater area looks futuristic. Then I found opulent sofa online and its design and selection meet my needs so well. Yes it is a little pricey but it looks 300% better than my other $1000~$2000 selection, so I finally decided to go for it. I ordered Wave and when it arrived after a long time of wait, it was beyond my expectation. After decorating it with some LED light strips and other stuff, it made my basement perfect. Definitely worth the money I spent.
