If you're thinking about ordering a couch this is 100% the company. I wanted this couch in Purple which is not an option so I called and spoke with Henry, He stated that this color was no longer being used but let's see what I could do. And this is what I received, A stunning Purple & white custom couch. Dealing with Henry has been the best customer service I've ever experienced. Starting out I had sent him a half dozen emails just asking question and every time receive an immediate answer. The day of ordering Henry & I were on the phone for well over an hour going over every detail and measurement of this couch, I had a couple minor change requests and he made all of that happen. All of the pieces were shipped to my house in perfect condition because they were meticulously package in order for not one piece to even have the slightest scratch. ~Clover
