Quick, easy, and with quality customer service. Upon entering the line, I was acknowledged and told I'd be helped as soon as possible. Richard quickly came by to take my order information and bag up my item, and Connie made conversation in the meantime. Very professional, and personal enough to make a connection with someone who is just a stranger. Excellent, excellent work from this store. I'm a first time buyer and will be happy to bring my business here again.

Sitting here in front of their store. Says they open at 11. Clearly they do not. Very dissatisfied at this point. They let ups in. Not someone who brings them business. This is why I never come to this store. Will go to rancho store from here on out. Unprofessional and does not operate their business in a timely manner. 👎🏽 Zero stars

I've been going to the same Kay jeweler for almost 10 years because she takes GREAT care of me, she knows my style and understands my price point. She always manages to get me EXACTLY what I want at a price I'm comfortable with. I really don't want to go anywhere else.

Recently my fiance and my apartment was broken into and 2 of the items stolen were our wedding bands. The manager was extremely helpful in getting them replaced. We got the same bands for the price we originally paid for them, even though they were no longer on sale. She went above and beyond with her customer service!

My boyfriend bought me necklace in December and gave it to Jan 3 for our anniversary and it has already broke less then two weeks I took it in today to explain the chain broke and it looks like it was a weak spot to begin with the sales lady agreed and start to write it up for repair I even showed her the warranty he got for it. Then she as she's finishing up she tells me me oh I remember him but he didn't want the warranty looks like he just got it for the diamonds so it'll be $36 to fix or you can pay $75 for the warranty he didn't want. Come on that's just wrong I've had it on less then two weeks and you guys won't fix it that poor customer service never will we spend money there again nothing but a sham!!!

The staff in the store are all awesome but their jewelers off site are terrible. I messed up my rings pretty badly and they said the diamonds were chipped and the rings could not be repaired. I had them sent back and took the to a real jeweler and got my rings back good as new for about 1/10 of the cost that the Kay jewelers wanted me to spend to get new rings.

Ive been a long time customer 20 years plus..had a credit card for many of those years..ive always payed it off then charged it again..so 1 year and a half ago i charged a new wedding .ring.i walked in on march 30 ask for my remaining blance and payed it off in full and asked if i can close my account since im tryin to pay credit cards off she told me that would ding my credit i said its ok i wanna close my account and then she said she could not do it in the store. Well April 10 they sent out a interest only bill of 16.60...on a zero balance how do i get charged a interest bill....so i called get mad they try to say i owe it even tho on the statement it shows i payed it off 10 days before..so i payed it demanded the close the account..i will never buy from them ever again. Very disappointed

Lisa is one of the nicest people! She was more than helpful to my husband and I! ANDREA, on the other hand, is very rude and seems to want to rush you so that she can move on to other things. She doesn't seem to understand how customer service works! I will always ask for Lisa from now on. It also took more than 16 DAYS to get my ring sized! Yikes! This location took longer than any other Jeweler we have EVER used to size our jewelry!
