Very rude costumers service, my mom brought some shoes, which never came home with us. She decided to go in today to ask if they can please scan the recipt to see if she actually purchased them. They told her no and to go home and check the stuff she brought. What kind of costumers service is that?! I work in retail and all they had to is scan the damn receipt to check if the shoe appeared in the recipt.

FERNANDA WAS THE ALLEGED SUPERVISOR. I WAS IN CASHIER NO. 5 and i handed the stuff i bought to the cashier. these are bottles that are fragile..thenolive oils, i had like 9 of them..the cashier stock it in a bag and handed it to me. nothing to protect the bottles from breaking and the bag was ripped already. HERE IS YOUR FIRST BAG. I asked, are you not going to wrap it please so it does not get broken, rolled her eyes and stated. WELL, YOU DID NOT ASKED ME. She pulled it and you can see how she started to wrap it by two's, like there is no care at all..she continue to placed it in a broken bag. I held the bag and ask her if I can hell and pointed out the bag is ripped..I had spent my time shopping which i wanted to ge those including the shorts and shorts..but because if the cashier's attitude..who does not care what will happen to the items, I WILL NEVER ENTER YOUR STORE EVER AGAIN AND ENSURE ALL MY STAFF 157 employees will be made aware of this incident..YOU WILL LOST CUSTOMERS IF YOUR FROBT LINE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. Your supervisor, FERNANDA, stated that the customer has to ask, because their obligation is to bag the items onoy and i guess without regard if the items will be damaged afterwards. THIS IS A FRUSTRATING DAY FOR A CUSTOMER LIKE ME..I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCES BEFORE even the candles..the cashier will ensure it is protected properly..THE THING THAT IRRITATES THE CUSTOMER IS THE ANSWER..FERNANDA APPLOGIEZED LATER

Worked as a cashier here and was constantly told to work quicker as I was apparently the slowest cashier out of the others even though I was going as fast as possible. Eventually I got fed up and asked my manager how they knew I was the slowest and came back with a slip of paper that measured four categories of the checkout process (calling the customer over, scanning items, transaction and bagging). It was unfair because half of checking out requires the customer and some will take their time and cost you valuable seconds or minutes on your feedback. Definitely don't recommend working here and shopping is mediocre. It feels like a miniature Walmart with not as many options.

Shelves fully stocked, Customer service was excellent both entering and exiting. All Covid restrictions adhered to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store was about 85% clean and extremely busy.Lines were all the way to the back of the store. Great deals if you can rally up the patience to stand in that check out line.
