Melissa is the best. I went into the store twice today and she helped me both times. The second time I needed a particular brand of paint remover and she explained all the hazards around using that product and suggested some other needed items. She even went and got them for me. Wow, talk about customer service. We chatted for a few minutes about customer service urged me to use my military discount. The woman at the checkout also clarified the use of the military discount and the store rewards. I had misunderstood the use of the military discount and coupons you get in the mail. Everytime I walk into the store I am greeted and asked if I need help with anything. When I have questions there is always someone close by to help. The staff at this store truly make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you.

My name is JUDY DLUGONSKI and I tried approximately seven times overnight to place an online order that I was finally told was unsuccessful due to a company system failure. I called the Visalia store this morning and spoke with Kelly, the manager. She assisted me in making my order exist and got it processed. It was an order a little under $1500.00. So she saved Ace Hardware from losing that sale and due to her courtesy and professionalism she saved the store from losing a customer. Great job, Kelly! You deserve a bonus! Thanks again.

Great friendly staff that is always willing to help and very knowledgeable. I will gladly pay a little more for products when I receive the service Nelson's Ace provides. The atmosphere is inviting unlike the big box stores, and staff is waiting to assist you in finding what you need right at the door. Customer service is A+
