Best hardware store in Visalia, California (CA) 2024

Melissa is the best. I went into the store twice today and she helped me both times. The second time I needed a particular brand of paint remover and she explained all the hazards around using that product and suggested some other needed items. She even went and got them for me. Wow, talk about customer service. We chatted for a few minutes about customer service urged me to use my military discount. The woman at the checkout also clarified the use of the military discount and the store rewards. I had misunderstood the use of the military discount and coupons you get in the mail. Everytime I walk into the store I am greeted and asked if I need help with anything. When I have questions there is always someone close by to help. The staff at this store truly make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you. ~Lance
