Recently moved to Walnut Creek. Called CVS on Bancroft to transfer a prescription there. I called on 11/15/22, 11/18/22 no transfer, 11/22/22 no transfer, 11/25 no transfer. Wow CVS bad form. Going to a different pharmacy-not CVS.

I got my covid booster here today. Service was great, same day appointment made online & self-check in at the Minute Clinic. The whole experience took 20 minutes. I have a fear of needles & the lady giving the shot was very friendly / kind. Far better experience here vs Walgreens in Lafayette where they threw the needle into my arm like a dart at a dartboard.

I love this CVS. I go out of my way to come here. the employees are super nice and helpful. they are always stocked. I come here for the great deals on alchol and their selection of press on nails. the lines are almost never long and when they are they quickly call for backup.

I waited on hold for over 10 minutes to check an appointment since I didn't receive an email for the COVID booster appointment. CVS is just a mass pharmacy and doesn't have any customer service skills. I called customer service at 1-800-SHOP-CVS and I was hung up on twice, they asked me why I would call that number and I explained when I was making an appointment for my 5 year old to get COVID booster, the site told me to call and make the appointment. I can't get anyone to answer the phone and I just want to confirm the appointment before I drive an hour one-way to get the shot.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. I just went here to buy a couple of lipsticks. The Indian guy there has horrible customer service skills and nobody else seemed to know what they were doing either. I was having trouble with the card reader (for some reason, CVS card readers always have trouble with my credit card chip) and the guy just ignored me and wouldn't even help me. I had to ask him to manually enter it. Very rude person. He also scanned in the same lipstick twice (they were two separate colors and should have been scanned in separately), so when I had to return one of them elsewhere, they had issues with the return. Never coming back to this location. Just plain awful service.

I am uncertain of management's effectiveness, but this location is certainly run exceptionally poorly. 1. Phone's are rarely answered. 2. Medication regularly out of stock. 3. Pharmacy cashiers / employees often distracted and uninterested. 4. Process to receive medicine instore is molasses slow. 5. Overall Customer Service is poor. Does CVS no longer care about its reputation in the community, or how the poor service reflects on potential future customers? I just cannot comprehend how such consistent and well documented poor performance continues without remedy.

The laborants are unprofessional and shoudant do this job! My girlfriend make a TB test on Monday with Jason and he didn't send her to do a lungs check but geve her an injection. Today she go to get the results and Vaneet told her she shouldan't make the injection she have to do a lung check. So she pay for the injection twice because to inject her and to measure the resolts she go twice and finally she have to go for a lung check! Also Vaneet ask her do she have a TB vacine and she respond yes and show the place and Vaneet tell her that this vaccine is maded last year and she respond no they make those vaccinea while she was a baby! How Vaneet guess that the vaccine is maded last year i don't know she is maybe extrasence! Verry unprofessional job! Waste of time and money! You guys are fired by me like a medical workers!

The staff is lazy they don’t t want to help you at all! They do everything they can to make your life more complicated. There is a new lady who is a liar and tells me that she transfer my depression medicine to Safeway but she did not. Medication at cvs cost 83 dollars while at Safeway cost 10 dollars. She is a heartless human being.

This used to be my go too Pharmacy until today. This has happened to me several times. You go to the drop off window and they ignore you. So I get in the regular line after the worker said she would be right back. I waited to no avail. Then there is all this drama regarding filling out my meds. I’ve had to pay high prices for bad service. They wanted to charge me $44.00 for one got it for $2.50 at Safeway. I’ve been there a few times and alway cheaper. Goodbye CVS

I went there to get my passport photo, and the staff said their printer is broken so they can’t print the photos. I said I’ll take my photo today and pick it up later when their printer is fixed and they refused to help me. I went to Walgreens and even though they had a long line, the person working was more than accommodating.
