The tellers are nice and professional but there are never enough of them. The wait times are always long even when the lines aren't that long.

As someone who works in customer service, this was BY FAR the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my whole life. I walked in to break change for my job and the bank teller, CAROLYN, was rude beyond belief. She proceeded to huff and puff and portray her sour ways on to me and I will not tolerate that. She was rude, disrespectful, and gave side eye like you wouldn’t believe. I understand that we have bad days in this industry but putting your bad days on someone else is not okay especially in customer service. I hope she either retires, quits, or simply works behind the phone and does not have to deal with customers to their face as it was not pleasant nor welcoming.

Every time I visit this particular branch, I always have good experience, staff is very friendly and very helpful. When you walk through the door you will be greeted by staff, and will answer any questions you might have. If there is something negative I can say , it would be lack of parking at times, if you’re visiting during the busy hrs, also at times it can be very busy and I feel like they need more tellers.

I come here every week to make deposits for my business. The line is out of control almost every visit. Literally 30-45 minutes out of my day to deposit a check, and it’s the only branch in the area. Staff is very friendly but they obviously need at least two more tellers working the counter at all times. Will adjust my rating when that happens!

Extremely poor customer service! I'm disabled and can't leave the house easily. So when I do make it out I try to run necessary errands like banking. Every time I have come to this branch they have been very unaccommodating. They have never taken me as a walk in and even doing simply things (such as basic account changes) have become frustrating and arduous tasks. Today I was told bluntly that "without an appointment no-one will help me". I can't wait until I close my Wells Fargo account and never have to deal with them again.

Great service! Went in at 4.15pm without an appointment with bank closing at 5pm for an urgent wire transfer. Sheeja courteously accommodated the request. She was thorough, clear, and quick. Thank you! There's plenty parking spots despite being in downtown.

I have CLOSED my Account which I opened in the Lafayette Branch (Extremely nice people)and serviced in WALNUT CREEK BRANCH (Not all arrogant) and opened a new acct with Mechanics Bank. Reason being ...through out the year I have been cashing my paycheck. 98% of the time...I am made to feel like a criminal trying to steal money for cashing my OWN paycheck! And its not like they don't know me ...i've been doing this for a long time. Every time i try to cash my check they have to call over a manager for approval? Well today was the last straw! Don't want to cash my PAYROLL check and give me a Cashier check for a transaction. I don't even want to mention where I work (Well known and respected company in Walnut Creek) and now I know why they have their acct with Mechanics bank!!!...Bonus...over 55 Mechanics gives you FREE checking! Surely I'm not a millionaire depositor, however that doesn't warrant this kind of treatment..So now a 30 min bank stop turned into a 3 hour waste of my precious day off.
