These ladies were slammed but they didn’t show it through their service they were so patient and attentive and acknowledged every customer as soon as they came in. I was totally out of it while I was ordering and kept messing up but they never looked annoyed which I don’t think I could’ve done considering how busy they were so great job guys

Pizza is decent/ok, but they put way too many chocolate chips in their cookie dough (at this location), which is my favorite item usually. My wife worked at one and I'm not sure if this location has a different recipe, or they don't follow it, but I can't even eat/bake the cookies there's so many chocolate chips. Bias Disclaimer: I am not a huge fan of chocolate, but there's seriously too many chocolate chips.

What a disappointment! Next to no toppings. Hardly any sauce. Crust was so thin cooked and burnt in half the time it called for. Waste of 50$.

We get pizza here every week and everyone is always so nice. This week, the employees were very rude both on the phone and in person. They also didn’t allow my husband to use the discount we use every week. We will start going to a different location or maybe it’s time to try a new place.

Love take n bake! Love Papa Murphy's and mostly the young peeps running the place! We eat pizza from here at least twice a month! Love my favorite Chicken, bacon, artichoke delite thin crust! I add pepperoni for the little muncher we have great service. Not always a perfect pizza sometimes they can be lacking on ingredients and make with minimal cheese etc..but hasn't been the case last couple of times. Tip jar shouldn't be left empty in my opinion!

I have ordered from this location since they opened but over the last 3 or 4 months the employees just can NOT get it right! Very frustrating! I order a thin crust with very light garlic sauce (because too much is just super greasy) but i do enjoy the garlic sauce. I ask for double canadian bacon, mushrooms and olives, they can not seem to understand that means light sauce and double the amount of canadian bacon! I think i got it correct 1 time in the last 4 months! It is a different price everytime because they are not placing the order right! I am totally willing to pay for the toppings the way i order it! I guess i will have to start going to the West Capital store since Southport just can't figure it out!
