Update scam alert Opt out opt in / the customer service representatives try to force you to admit a debit transaction that you opted out of for payment services with the additional fees is actually a recurring debit transaction for which the bank representatives will change the wording of the debit transaction to a ACH or otherwise not a normal debit transaction and so there for accordingly to bank of the west interpretation doesn't have to be honored under the opt out opt in guide lines and they pay it with fees without your consent over the limit of the account .. they refuse to talk to you unless you explain how you and the individuals you are paying are in any type of business transaction and what type of business transaction you having with the company or individuals you are paying , it is of my opinion that this goes beyond the scope of what the bank representatives are allowed to make inquiringly investigational of your private life . They are not the law and have no right to force Amy information from individuals .. this is illegal !! very dishonest bank , I realize that's probably 90 percent of banks these days this one is part of the 90 percent of banks that take advantage of opportunities to manipulate laws or in Bank of West case make up their own version of what they feel like doing with out any accountability . They are very rude on the phone as well as in the place of business . The ladies refuse to cooperate with individuals , refuse to provide supervisor assistance , as well intimation tactics , patronizing , and the betrayal . They do the song and dance on the phone , they hang up on you unless you agree to do it their way , to them it's their way or the highway .
