Terrible manager. If that's what he even was. Couldn't even help me properly because for ONE he's not his best at English(but tbh that parts not his fault) but he wasn't listening to me as the customer at all; TWO he didn't offter the phone device insurance & changed our family plan without asking and THREE he couldn't add correctly several times before I even got to check out. So I was worried before I even got to the counter. He THEN turned around and tried to lie about the 7 day refund & exchange policy. I've been a member of boost mobile for years and i never once heard that. So all night researching to come get it fixed I'll be in later today to get that handled on behalf of my mum because we're both really angry about this. The employee was nice though even though it was brief.
