The staff at this location have watched my wife and i struggle through chronic illness over the last 4 years, and they've done everything in their power to help us. They've gone out of their way over and over to help us navigate our barely navigable system, and we would literally be dead without them. I even lost my vehicle due to medical bills (cancer) and one employee gave me a ride home one night. We love you guys.

I continue to use this pharmacy even though I moved farther away. The staff is what makes this pharmacy special. Major shout out to Lisa who is always on top of things. I haven't had any bad experiences here. The only thing I'd say is that Safeway needs to add more staff. They are always working with a skeleton crew but never complain and still manage to be efficient and kind. Safeway, gives these folks a raise and some more help! They deserve it! They are best part of this location!

every time for the last year that i've gotten refills here they have screwed up the prescribed brand of medication from my doctor. They don't pay attention to detail and then this time they told me that they randomly stopped carrying that brand when my prescription is almost out. Days after I put the refill request in. This place is poorly managed and everytime I did do there I had to wait in a long line while the staff worked very slowly with no sense of urgency. very glad to not have to come back here again.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because I understand how hard it is dealing with filling medications however I wouldn't recommend filling your medication at this store on a weekly basis every time I go there it seems that there is an issue not to mention when I had to pay out of pocket and filled out every single payment plan that they requested. (which is a piece of paper) they ended up misplacing and on top of that did not take responsibility. I suggested that they notify people of that if something is not in the system where it should be and was rudely interrupted. Not to mention they have a staffing problem so it takes at least 2 hours to get your medication there are the only safe way I've ever seen have that issue. As well as asking for an emergency refill or making an urgent refill request they still abide by their same times even if it's Troublesome for the customer. And all on top of it no apologies for any consideration or inconveniences. Plus if you have Verizon you can't even call your pharmacist it's a walk all the way outside cuz I don't have service. All in all is probably the second worst experience I had other than Walgreen's.
