I called 30 minutes before the store was closing to tell them I needed to buy crutches and was 20 minutes away. They allowed me to pay for the crutches over the phone and even walked the crutches out to my car when I made it to the store. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and kind. I am very appreciative of their help.

I was so disappointed with the service when I came into this Pharmacy. A blonde woman threw a notepad at me to fill out my information and when I handed her my script, informed me my Dr. did not write the prescription correctly and she would have to call her for clear instructions on how to make the compound. My Dr later informed me how rude this woman was on the phone and needed every instruction clarified as if she had never made this commonly prescribed compound before. The woman also made sure I knew it would take all day for her to reach my doc and make this formula. Her demeanor was so nasty and rude, I knew then I would not be back to obtain something that is supposed to support and heal my body made by such a toxic person. Even if you are having an off day, I invite you to consider the field you are in and how you are laying your voice and hands upon that which is supposed to help others. I have let all of my coworkers know about this and my Dr office is also aware and not recommending this compounding pharmacy to patients due to rudeness and incompetence.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful after a recent bike fall which resulted in significant facial abrasions. Carolyn provided clear instructions on how to best care for the wounds, and recommended ClearSpring’s brand of scar gel which was amazingly effective. All is completely healed, and I’m thankful to have such a dependable neighborhood pharmacy.

The staff was amazing as they answered any and all questions we had and were incredibly flexible and responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend this pharmacy for all our future RX needs. This pharmacy is very poor at communicating with customers and ensuring orders are filled as requested. Pharmacist seem disorganized. After a year of trying to get reasonable service, I have transfered 4 prescriptions. My life is much less stressful without the hassles this pharmacy. I recommend avoiding altogether.
