So they had the prescription ready the next morning just like they said they would. I walked into the store with no line at pharmacy and the guy was really nice! I had a great experience!! Thanks you guys!!

The woman filling in today for pharmacist should be in another field. Pharmacist involves customer service and I've never had to deal with anyone so rude. I had to use my prior customer service skills on her. What an awful day she must be taking out on others. As for the regular manager, he told my husband my medication would always be in stock for me now.... it's been almost a year and they still get it wrong every time.

What is the point of having a phone number for this place is they never answer and immediately put you on hold without saying a word and leave you there without ever coming to the phone. Are you kidding me? I've tried calling this place for DAYS IN A ROW and they continue to do this. I have not reached an actual person at this pharmacy.

Justin, the pharmacy manager, is outstanding! Although he and his staff are very busy, they are very courteous and explain what is going on if they cannot get everything done as quickly as hoped. They never act like you are an imposition, like some other places do when there is so much to do for so many people.

The Pharmacy is usually busy. When the regulars are there, you can get them to look up another price for you to make sure you get the cheapest rate. They are all very helpful.

Had a prescription order put in early Thursday but I never heard from the pharmacy about the status. I called an hour before closing and they told me that it would be filled first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I waited all day until the 8:00 mark again and came in only to be told that it still was not filled and it was looking like it wouldn’t be done until Monday unless I wanted to go to another store 20 minutes away. I have no choice but to make the trip and I’m blown away at the lack of understanding and poor communication from this pharmacy. I can’t believe the pharmacist felt that it was a feasible solution to have to wait until Monday for a medication I was supposed to start on a Thursday the week before. Days later, I still have no prescription and hopefully the new store I’m being sent on a wild goose chase to is able to fill it “first thing in the morning” as I’ve been told now for the second time. Strongly consider your alternative options when selecting your pharmacy.

I wish this could be zero stars. Most of the techs are extremely rude and with my most recent experience I turned in my prescription and was told it would be a couple hours. I came back a couple hours later and she said it'd be another half hour so I waited. A half hour later, it would be a couple hours. I came back the next day and IT WAS STILL NOT FILLED. We aren't talking about a complicated prescription, it was 30 pills. I will NEVER go back to this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy again and I recommend you drive a bit further an go somewhere else as well.

They have one super nice employee that is actually helpful. Anyways, prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, you have to call twice just to verify they actually got the medication ready. Then you'll get there and they'll say it's still not ready. They've had my prescription in for a week, I called today and asked if it was ready because I hadn't heard from them. Super rude when he answered the phone, and said they hadn't filled it because of an error with my insurance that my doctor already discussed with them. Got an attitude when I said I would just pay out of pocket and asked how much it would be. Told him I had a discount card and then he interrupts me saying it's it's going to be triple the cost of the other times I've paid out of pocket, and on top of that tells me he's going to lunch and then they'll be closed the rest of the day so I can get it tomorrow because he wasn't going to do it today.

I don’t know what the accreditation standards are for pharmacies but it is pretty clear that this location is not engaged in continuous improvement as it relates to patient experience. I’ve never received a patient satisfaction survey in the 10 years I’ve lived in the area. I can only hope their patient safety standards are receiving a higher level of scrutiny. Retail pharmacy in general sets a pretty low bar when it comes to customer service, but this location is by far the worst I’ve encountered.

The past three times I have called to check on prescriptions I make my way to the pharmacy on the day they tell me to arrive, but I am sent home with no prescriptions because they told me the wrong date. How hard is it to read a damn computer screen? Thanks for wasting literally hours of my life. Also, I have never been to a pharmacy that is guaranteed to take a minimum of 45 minutes to get to you on the phone and in person. BEWARE!!
