This is a pretty great Home Depot. Easy to find staff that are willing to help you and they actually know where to find stuff. The parking lot is clean, the bathrooms are nice and clean as well, the store is organized and the prices are on par for what you would expect. The employee was able to reccomend the perfect cheap wood stain that would get me to the color I want with the type of wood I have!

Two useless employees to me. I returned a few items on 6-27-22 to the Bear Valley store #1520. Tiffany took my return and without explanation returned $60.96 to my credit card and $40.30 on line credit. None of these items were purchased on line. All in the store recently. I asked why this credit? She did not know or care. She asked another employee who did not know or care. I asked why $40.30 that did not equal anything on the receipt added together? She said she didn't know and by her attitude, did not care to find out. When I pressed she said she would call a MOD. I waited 20 minutes as she helped others and put stuff away and put her ear to the phone three times she said calling the MOD. I told her I had shopping to do and could I meet her back here when done. She said yes, she will take care of it while I shop. Needless to say, Tiffany was gone when I returned. No MOD. I asked the associate that she explained the issue to. OMG, not the sharpest tool in the shed. Blank stares. Then she said I have to talk to the MOD. I told her I have been waiting for an MOD for 50 minutes. She called and gave a totally wrong reason of why I (she) needed a manger. The MOD was to arrive in 5 minutes, 10 minutes later here comes Courtney with the attitude of rudeness, impatience, bad mood and what is your problem buddy. Could care less that I had been waiting an hour now. Could care less about Tiffany's disappearance. Could care less it was called 3 times and never showed up and could care less about my question. All it said was, " I don't know why this happened or why it doesn't add up. I can't do anything about it because the transaction is over 15 minutes old. There is no one that can do anything about this". Then, mumbling under its voice, have a great rest of your day, walked off. The company I own spends and average of $754,025 per year over 19 years at Home Depot. I am going to try Lowes. In the last 5 years Home Depot seems to cater more and more and now almost exclusively with low life, dregs of society. It is sad to see the change. I remember the good old days. Thank you Courtney and Tiffany for a truly disgusting experience. Oh, and have a great rest of your day!

Have come to this home Depot several times. We recently had an issue with our Weber grill and a part simply wouldn't come undone. Came in here and they actually got it disconnected. Couldn't be happier with the service. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff

Yet another HD that can't keep up with on-hand inventory. Do not trust the websites count of what is in stock. And I mean even if it says there are 10 items in stock, don't trust it. When questioned, they either blame it on theft, blame it on corporate, or just get confused...when in reality there's a whole lotta standing around when inventory discrepancies could be being counted. Won't be back, I'll shop at SW instead.

This is a good Home Depot location that is fairly well staffed with helpful workers. I am surprised at how often lumber stock is low or of poor quality. I recommend budgeting extra time to either initially sort through products or set aside time to return items that are not of high quality. Nevertheless, they are the only game nearby and prices are fairly competitive. Update 6-1-22: this location is very short staffed and it shows.

In our age of intelligent information I haven't ever experienced success shopping online to find a store that has the specific item I'm searching. There doesn't appear to be any real connection between their physical inventory and the web site/app.

Just now starting to get everything back in stock. I don't like that they only take back stuff for returns only 90 days. I've been working on remolding our house it's been alittle over a year. Now I'm ready to return the stuff I didn't use. Now the wont return half of it. THAT SUCKS!!

Working on a bathroom project for my house this weekend and this Home Depot has everything I need. The associate was vey helpful and knowledgeable forgot to get his name. The only down side (on my part) was I had to go here 5 times today 😀 already.

I go to Home Depot nearly every single week. This is the worst run store location I have ever been to in my life. I started by trying to call ahead to confirm inventory availability of an item I was looking for. I got put on hold and nobody ever came back. Next I drove down to the store to confirm for myself, and found that the inventory online was incorrect and they were completely sold out. Then I needed help getting some carpet cut and every associate and the store was grouped up in pairs of three or four hanging out and chatting with each other and not helping any customers in the entire place. They made an announcement over the loudspeaker after I asked them to call someone to the flooring department to help me. Nobody showed up to respond to that announcement. Eventually the guys walked through my area and I pulled him aside. He said that nobody in the store knew how to use the carpet machine at the time and so I had to show him how to use it. He wrote my cut list on a piece of cardboard and wrote down the wrong SKU number for a completely different carpet than what we just cut. Everyone in this store is completely checked out and under trained. Most of the employees did not look happy to be there. On top of it all, not that they can help it, but the sales tax rate at this store is through the roof at over 8%. Terrible customer service and poorly operated store. Will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

Worst home depot I have ever been to. I ordered online for store pickup and they never notified me it waa ready. I came in anyway to pick up my order and got a product that had already been opened and used. The associates at the online pick up desk smirked at me when they handed it to me and said it should be fine. When I asked them to change it for another one they told me to go to another home depot to try to find it. Maybe home depot should hire people at customer service desk to not be rude to customer?
