extremely horrible customer service. was trying to check product inventory in store at 8am and was greeted by the grumpiest old man at the customer service desk. i waited for later in the day and called into the store and was met on the line by an extremely arrogant employee. i could barely get what i was looking for out of my mouth before i was interrupted and bombarded with “No” and practically shut up over the phone. take your business to lowes

THANK YOU HOME DEPOT! I started at Lowe's and couldn't get any plumbing help in the plumbing aisle. Gave up after 45 minutes of struggling and went to Home Depot. Two very helpful plumbing experts solved my problem with all the right parts....in 5 minutes. Next time, I'm going to Home Depot first!

Henry was amazing! He helped us with everything to lay sod for a small area. What great customer service!

Worst store I’ve ever been at the employees are extremely rude and discriminatory, I’ll explain my experience. My husband son and I walked in I immediately felt eyes on us and not in a good way…. We had employers following us around as if we were going to steal something and as women who is pregnant I felt extremely uncomfortable! As someone who is also Hispanic I do not appreciate this treatment! #Homedepotdobetter

TAKE A PICTURE! Don't try describing your project or replacement part's needed. Even when it seems obvious. Typically excellent service.

You know for as many years as we have been shopping at home depot, is as many years as I am sad at the decline of this store. High prices, no one to help, unhappy staff. I could go on. I don't want to use my phone to find an item, I want to have great customer service like we deserve as hard working consumers. Off, to Lowe's I go, how sad for H, D,!!

I don't like that only one register has a cashier and that all the self checks but one are card only and dont accept cash. If they want everyone to self check they should all take cash. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful but its hard to find employees when you actually need help. There are a lot of employees up by checkout, even though it's self check, but very few through the store to help. You have to walk around half the store to find someone working and then 1/2 the time they seem annoyed to have to help you. Other than that, the store is clean and organized and almost always has what we need.

I've been to several HD's across Colorado and this is easily the best. If the website says they have an item in stock, chances are it's actually in stock. Seems like a low bar, but trust me, it's not. There are plenty of employees on staff and many of them actually know where things are. The store is clean, organized, and items are where they're supposed to be. Garden section is amazing in the Spring. It's a bit more of a drive from my house than a couple other HD's, but worth it to avoid the usual frustrations. To sum it up, this is the only CO HD I'll shop at.

I ordered two doors, one interior and the other exterior, back on January 12th and finally got an install date for April 26 (over 4 months later!), And the only time I could get updates was if I called the store myself. This install was supposed to be for 10am and now I'm being told that it wasn't scheduled for today and that the installers girlfriend took the wrong date down. She previously said that home Depot didn't pull the doors in time for the 10am install. Sounds fishy to me. I would likely not use them again for any doors or maybe even custom interior work due to the LONG timeframe between ordering and finally getting it installed. I'll probably try Lowe's next time.

This location is really convenient for myself. I own a painting company and we do lots of business here. The staff and employees at this particular location are dutiful and never walk by without acknowledging you. They will literally bend over backwards to help you. Sometimes, when I’ve been procrastinating, my dog Sprocket will nudge me and politely remind me that it’s time to go to Home-Depot.
