I come to this 7-11 probably 3-4 times a day. The shelves and coolers are always stocked. There is always a fresh pot of regular and another of decaf. The fountain & slurpee station is also very well stocked with cups, lids and straws. One area they lack in, is not keeping the Iced Coffee machine filled with Mocha. It always seems to be out or almost out

My wife went there a few weeks ago and Abby was the cashier that was there. She couldn't find the time to get off of her phone to help her. I went there tonight 9-20-20, to simply get a hotdog and I had to ask the lady that was working if she was going to get off her phone and help me. This store used to have excellent customer service has I have lived here for almost 7 yrs, but has dramatically fallen. I will continue to call untill I get ahold of Asegid the owner or manager and make my complaint heard!!

Some of the worst workers at any 7-eleven I've even been at. I used to live in Brooklyn, NY, and I've NEVER seen such apathetic employees that will see you walk in, and still do their busy-work for up to 5 min, while you sit and wait for a pack of gum. Really really bad.

Horrible customer service. Worst 711 in town. I was charged 3 times for the same purchase of 7.66$. Unbelievable.. Update: I did give you all the information requested and you still refuse to return my money. I don't give away money to 711 clerks. You..as the owner should hire more competent employees.

They charged me $2.50 for a small coffee. They were charging me for a peppermint something. When I told them I wasn’t getting a peppermint something. They said that is what they charge for a small coffee.

Olive across the street from this 7'11 & I am treated respectfully.. Yes I agree some look in your wallet, I but most people do these days! I Unfortunately! I I come from a batch of Foreigners & you have to stick to your guns & speak up with politeness.. Trust me, I we'll with all people actually. I I live that we can use as many creamers we want there, I I've seen other people like me there is do the same. Too the guy that kept the stakes taqiuto? I WHY'D YOU EAT THE DAMN THING!! " You had a choice, I it's not this 7'11s fault you ate it dummy! I The 1 in Mansfield are very rude & have thrown people out for using more then 1 creamer & screamed at moms with baby's! I I love the people at this 7'11.. I've had bad experience in many but not here. OH & type for letting me return & get a pair of reading glasses that wasn't broken 😊

I'm a driver. so 7-11s are my lifeline. I visit them probably three times a night. this store is ridiculous!! They were rude and lazy. Their air pump machine is never working. The few times that has been they have the credit card part deactivated. If you ask them a question, it's always" i don't know.". If you keep trying to ask them they suddenly can't understand you. Their attitude sucks!!

I go out of my way to avoid this place. The people are incredibly rude. When paying with cash they will start screaming at you to hurry up or say that you don't have enough money. (Regardless of how much money they can see in your wallet, and they do look). They always try to steal your change and not give you a recipt so you can check to see if your change is right. I got a taquito there once and it was hard as a rock and very stale. They refused to give me a newer one and I ended up getting sick from eating it. I will drive out of my way to go to a better 7-11 even tho this one is very close to my home. The one off of Mansfield and Broadway is much better, so is the one off Broadway and Dartmouth or hampden and dahlia. Go anywhere but here. Anywhere.
