What can I say about Caliber Collision other than it was the best customer service I have ever received from any company. First off I want to start off by acknowledging Alexander (Alex) who was the individual I worked with. He maintained communication throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and upfront about the amount of time it might take to repair my Subaru due to supply chain issues throughout the country. I had sustained damage to the front of my vehicle due a no-fault accident, fyi. I’m no car expert so I won’t go into details. Suffice it to say that Caliber delivered the car to me in better shape than was sold to me by the car dealership, who claimed to have detailed the car for me (BMW Denver). I now know that was a bald head lie. When I say the inside of my car was absolutely pristine and had an exquisite fragrance that knocked you to your knees as soon as you opened the door…understand I am not exaggerating. As a single mother in a new state, you are often expecting to be taken advantage of or shortchanged in some manner. Alex as helped me re-established trust in people and businesses. I guess not everyone is out to get me! Any who, I can go on and on about the phenomenal experience I had today. I just feel so blessed and fortunate to have worked with Alex and Caliber. I should also mention that they also offer a lifetime guarantee on the work that they do to your car. You can’t beat it with a bat. You will not be disappointed, trust me. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE There was no communication with me and when I called he kept putting me on hold for like 5 minutes then come back and say he just stepped out I believe her name was Kendra and Alex literally lied to my face telling me that my car was running perfectly now I see why he told me to pick it up at 5:30 when they close so he could go in and lock the door how could you give someone a vehicle unsafe to drive and look me in the eye and tell me it’s driving perfectly YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE GUYS. Sat on completing repairs for four months and never completed any work. Ended up moving my vehicle to another business to complete the work. Very poor communication and customer service. Would never try to use this repair business again.

EDIT: I just picked up my vehicle. What a waste of time. Their associate refuses to wear a mask, even when everyone else is. They insist they tested the passenger side mirror they installed, but I can hear the motor turning and the mirror doesn't move at all. They left the radio locked and with electrical problems it didn't have when I dropped it off. Just had to take the car to the dealer for an estimate. I regret ever going here. Stay away from Caliber. 'm sure they do good work. But their timeliness is terrible. Make you wait 10 days for a 2 minute appointment to take a few photos, despite that I've already uploaded photos to their website per their request, and then tell me it will be another 2 weeks before they can even get the vehicle in. What a waste of time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at the Dartmouth location! Josh and Alex were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car in and out quicker than I could have imagined and my car looks amazing! I I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car repaired!

After my front bumper was damaged, they seamlessly worked with insurance to get details worked out. Didn't answer my calls one day but at one point, there was only one person working in the building. Great repair and detail so far, despite staffing issues.

I took my car to Caliber Collision to have my body work repaired after I had an accident and right from the start this place was just awesome! My service advisor (Lia) was just the best! She kept me up to date about everything with my car repairs and my car turned out just beautiful! Obviously the whole team did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to anybody!
