This gym is full of bad vibes, bad management, and bad people. There are many people that go to this place that believe they own it and can make/enforce rules that aren't real. For example, when I was rack pulling, I had random guys come up to me and state that rack pulls were not allowed in power racks. I emailed the gym staff about this who clarified that this was totally false and that rack pulls were of course allowed. Other similar incidents like this occurred before I finally cancelled my mebership. Some of the gymgoers would also give off bad, unwelcoming stares/vibes (likely because of insecurity) and it seems that the gym staff allowed this lawless order to thrive because they valued "team" members over regular paying gymgoers. This gym is also overpriced. Do not waste your money. This gym does not have a true powerlifting vibe but instead has a weird anti-social, anti-high intensity vibe that may be good for certain types of people who are new to powerlifting, but not for the seasoned gung-ho veteren/athlete.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to show some support after this interaction. Love this gym and would recommend to all.

This is a great gym. They have so much equipment for strong man/woman events. Highly recommend for anyone training strength sports.

Best gym atmosphere I've ever been in. Guys/Gals in this gym are extremely strong and extremely kind to new lifters (like me). They're always willing to give positive feedback or constructive criticism if you're open to it. (Shout out to Timothy/Alyssa, Mondo, and Dave for being so welcoming and for teaching me so much) 6/5 stars

I worked out at this gym before COVID and it was alright. Once restrictions were put in place in March we were locked out without communication. When things opened back up, we would reserve times but on three occasions the person assigned to open the gym didn't show up. I was waking up at 5:00 for these sessions. Anyways, I decided to find another gym, and I cancelled my membership in July. I was asked to send a reminder email (??) on another date, which I did. They never took me off their billing list and I am still being charged $60/month. Every month I have to dispute my charges with the credit card company. Don't waste your time and money.

A diamond in the rough! Once you gain a code you have access 24/7! This gym may be a bit rough around the edges, but for us gym rats it perfect! Equipment for Power/Olympic Lifting, also Strongman!

If you’re interested in getting very very strong I think this is the best gym you’ll find in Denver. It has five or six power racks, Olympic lifting platforms, deadlift platforms. It has a plethora of regular and specialty barbells. It has a reverse hyper and other strength equipment that is really useful but rarely found in commercial gyms. I have joined, cancelled, and rejoined multiple times because my work takes me out of the city for up to a year at a time. Contrary to other reviews, if you’re not able to manage your own PayPal account sending them their $50 a month, there’s something wrong with you not them. Go join 24 hr fitness or lifetime fitness, try to cancel by certified mail, and find out how truly fraudulent gyms behave. The people that run this gym are outstanding athletes, trainers, and good and decent businesspeople.
