I use to work at a Concentra as a medical assistant and the front desk just for reference. The staff was fantastic on their friendliness, however. Why did it take an hour to just get my paperwork to be checked in? I worked here during form fox days and never in my employment there did it take over 5 min to give someone the paperwork and get them checked in. This is insane. I signed in at 1256 and I'm still waiting to be even started at 225! They seriously are not even that busy. What's the deal?!

I was only here for a drug test for a new job but everyone was very friendly and helpful. They told me it might be a 45-60 minute as they were very busy but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was very clean, there was lots of seating, and all safety procedures were followed.

I'm going through work comp, and these doctors won't even touch my injury to feel it, and have been very disrespectful towards me.... I feel I should be treated better and listened to... I never wanna come here again

I took my DOT/CDL physical, great doctor, great staff, all very nice people, I got in and out pretty quick compared to other places. It took me probably 45 minutes to an hour to get all done.

I have been to the Lemay location many times. I always get good service. Sometimes there can be a wait, but they can't control that. Keith and the young lady (that has been there for years) are my favorite. Overall the whole staff does a great job!

It says busy, but it really isn't the waiting rooms rather empty. They boast about 30 minutes from check in to check out but it's been 2 hours and I keep getting passed up by people who came after me. Multiple people have complained and the front desk is snotty about it, DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT GET IN FOR HOURS. Also it isn't busy, it really isn't. They lie and they claim they are filled with physicals but at max its 2 people back there.

They have long wait times due to processing work related injuries and tests but they are pretty cool people and quite professional. The physical therapists are amazing and helped my back soooo much.

I love and work in Cheyenne. My employer uses their insurance company to setup physicals. Of course, the insurance company only had a place in Fort Collins, about 45 minutes away. Not a huge issue, but a big enough pain. I asked if I could get an appointment, no. They will only do walk-ins for work physicals. That really annoys me too. Then I actually get here and they tell me it will be a four hour wait. Are you kidding me? Urine test, basic physical, and two pieces of paperwork and it will be four hours? They said they are short staffed. I understand that, everyone is. Nobody wants to work anymore. Well I understand why when you're trying to get a job-related physical and you have to spend four hours to get it. For me, it will be closer to six just because of the drive. This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot believe it. Plus, I'm sitting in the waiting room while I write this and I'm watching all these employees sit around and not do anything. Terrible, terrible, terrible place to go.

Went in for employer random drug test. They made it sound like it would be quick on the phone. Got there, was told about 20 min. 2 hours later, after I went to counter I got back. Felt like I fell through the cracks. On top of that, was told there is semi truck parking. Guess what? NOT!! Fortunately I had enough room to maneuver, barely. I know they were short staffed but having good information goes a long way!

Excellent service and care from beginning to end. It was a worker’s comp situation and I felt heard, understood, and healed. The physical therapy department right next door was especially convenient. All the professionals were excellent. Thank you for getting me back to work!
