Salud Family Health Centers

This was the quickest place to get into in town which wasn't quick at all. Set up an appointment back to back with my aunt with the same doctor. I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. Not a great first impression and he was clueless with my aunts situation and did not really offer much support. I needed an urgent care follow up...the best they could do was a phone appointment 3 weeks later. Dr Flory called me almost an hour past my appointment time at which point I was at work and could not complete my appointment. It took more than 24 hours for them to respond to my portal message about a debilitating migraine which I ended up just going to urgent care for. Honestly, I'm just going to keep going to urgent care for my own needs. But it may be worth the wait for you to be seen and your time actually respected elsewhere. I can saw my kid's doctor is great. But that's about it. ~Kenzie

Rocky Mountain Family Physicians

What a great team! Emma is fabulous with my children even when my boys are bouncy. She's thorough considerate and kind. Katha is the one you want in your corner when it's going down. She listens well, stays with you, and is easy to understand. The perfect person to answer call in the middle of the night. I'm so grateful for these two providers. I couldn't recommend them more highly. My kids love it at this doctor's office. We have no complaints. ~Jeanne-Marie

Associates in Family Medicine Lemay Clinic

Dr. David Jung performed my consultation for a vasectomy and my vasectomy. For context, I'm 27 and have known for a decade that I do not want blood-born children and will go the adoption route if my partner and I want children in the future. I've heard stories of doctors talking individuals (more commonly women) out of vasectomies and hysterectomies and this was not the case with Dr. Jung. He was polite, understanding, yet serious in that I can tell he holds his position as a family medicine doctor highly. My procedure went entirely as expected and my recovery has been sound. I will highly recommend Dr. Jung to anyone seeking a primary care doctor or is in need of a "snip-snip, haha!! Thanks, Doc! :-) ~Andy

CSU Health and Medical Center

Despite many student reviews being one or two stars, I have had nothing but incredible experiences with the CSU Health Network. As a student with a chronic illness, I have had doctors and healthcare professionals here go above and beyond. I am a subscriber to the student supplemental health insurance and get a lot of benefits from that, having gotten flu shots, eye exams, physical therapy, doctor's visits, therapy and lab work done here. I have had great experiences with the walk-in clinic for students, but usually call ahead to check availability. Nurses have been helpful and professional and I appreciate the follow-up I always get from doctors when I have an issue. The pharmacy is quick and had been able to help me troubleshoot insurance issues multiple times. ~Dana

Concentra Urgent Care

I love and work in Cheyenne. My employer uses their insurance company to setup physicals. Of course, the insurance company only had a place in Fort Collins, about 45 minutes away. Not a huge issue, but a big enough pain. I asked if I could get an appointment, no. They will only do walk-ins for work physicals. That really annoys me too. Then I actually get here and they tell me it will be a four hour wait. Are you kidding me? Urine test, basic physical, and two pieces of paperwork and it will be four hours? They said they are short staffed. I understand that, everyone is. Nobody wants to work anymore. Well I understand why when you're trying to get a job-related physical and you have to spend four hours to get it. For me, it will be closer to six just because of the drive. This is absolutely unacceptable and I cannot believe it. Plus, I'm sitting in the waiting room while I write this and I'm watching all these employees sit around and not do anything. Terrible, terrible, terrible place to go. ~Nick
