I have been a patient at Rocky Mountain Family Physicians for over 20 years. The medical team is fine. I loved Dr. Samuelson. I rated with the overall two stars due to the billing and records department. I have called two times and have also followed up by now two (very polite) handwritten notes. My need is simple -- just a 5 or 10 minute phone call to simply explain my bill. After four attempts to reach out to records and billing department, I have been ignored. No response. Nothing. Not acceptable. I am leaving the practice. UPDATE: Due to the letter I left with the front desk lady, who was very helpful, I finally got a phone call from someone in their billing department. Too late. I have already found another medical practice. But, I am sad over this situation! A simple phone call, early on and at my first request, could have avoided this entire fiasco. I wish them all the very best.

I met my new primary Amelia today and she was absolutely a breath of fresh air. This is what the medical community needs to go back to! Its been a LONG time.since I've felt heard and listened too, and this office and staff is OUT STANDING!! I didn't think I was going to find an office or practice like this again out there but I did. Thank you ROCKY MOUNTAIN FAMILY PHYSICIANS! This is the practice I want to remain for the rest of my life! UCHEALTH was a living nightmare, full of medical bullies, unprofessionalism, medical gaslighting. ROCKY MOUNTAIN FAMILY PHYSICIANS again is breath of fresh air! This was my new patient appointment and I was IMMEDIATELY blown away, and my provider took the time to listen and have a conversation, answered all my questions, and was really enjoyable. You can tell when you walk in this is NOT corporate medicine and you can FEEL the immediate difference. I just feel that I can't thank ROCKY MOUNTAIN enough, or praise their practice! Thanks again guys! You ARE AMAZING!! I would definitely, definitely, no hesitation to recommend this practice and providers AT ALL!!!! And I already have recommend them to my family!!! This place is the BEST!!!!

When myself and my two kids first started at Rocky Mountain Family Physicians I was very happy. Felt cared for and cared about. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. As time has gone on it just kept getting worse and worse. I would only be able to see our primary 1 out of 10 visits. No one would remember anything about myself or my children. Playing phone tag and having to do the research and advocating on my own behalf when it came to referrals. Being rushed in and out with meds thrown at me and my kids. Today I was hung up on by the front desk after I explained the importance of actually speaking to my Dr.s nurse assistant. Do not recommend!!

I am a big fan of RMFP!! The entire staff including the sometimes grumpy reception are amazing. For the most part they are fast friendly and just super easy to work with. My children LOVE their dr and enjoy seeing everyone each time. It's nice to know that they feel super comfortable and communicate with them like family. I would recommend them to anyone everytime and anytime! RMFP is the GREATEST!!

The care at RMFP is personal and genuine. I feel comfortable asking questions and get good explanations of my health options and choices. Dr Kauffman and the staff feel like partners with me rather than directors to me on my health management.

The care is good and the doctors are friendly. Especially Katha— her bedside manner is exceptional and she is so informative! The customer service at the front desk, on the other hand, is questionable at best.

This clinic is absolutely amazing!! Last time i was in the hospital they personally called me to see if I was ok or needed any follow up support, when even my own surgeon did not do this. I appreciate them keeping their appointments well managed too, i rarely have to wait very long passed my app time. Samantha Steelman is so knowledgeable and sweet she can almost do anything, so i don't have to go to a specialist later. All the other doctor's there are amazing and kind also!! They never let me leave feeling like i wasn't heard, and nothing got accomplished, they are so thorough! They also have an after hours on call nurse which has eased my anxiety over the phone until i could get an appointment the next day. 5 stars allll the way!!!

What a great team! Emma is fabulous with my children even when my boys are bouncy. She's thorough considerate and kind. Katha is the one you want in your corner when it's going down. She listens well, stays with you, and is easy to understand. The perfect person to answer call in the middle of the night. I'm so grateful for these two providers. I couldn't recommend them more highly. My kids love it at this doctor's office. We have no complaints.

I recently moved here from out of state and was extremely anxious about finding a new physician. I was very pleased with Carolyn Reynolds. She was professional, attentive to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. Her assistant was wonderful too. The staff were all very friendly. I am pleased to have found a clinic that made me feel welcomed and comfortable as a new patient!
