King Soopers Pharmacy

Pharmacist tech Jeffrey came out and announced loudly to about 7 people, I was on medicaid and why he couldn't substitute a brand med.for their required one, classy guy with no care for any privacy. He and a different Pharmacist told me they would call my dr's office for a refill on a crucial med. Talked to the office, no calls received regarding my script. After my call, they got it. Then they tell me they don't have it in stock, but I can go to a different store. I am gone, that's for sure. I transferred all my scripts back to Walmart on S Mason. Those folks are a pleasure. ~anne

Don’t even waste your time thinking about their pharmacy. It’s always understaffed and every time I’ve come to pickup my prescription, I’ve waited minimum of 30 minutes in a line of 10 guests or less. Today, I was expecting my prescription to be ready at 1 pm, so I came to wait in line with 4 others in front. By the time I get to the register, I am told it will take 20 minutes for my birth control to be ready. Seriously??? I told them I cannot wait that long because it’s too long, and the pharmacists told me to come back another time to get it if I can’t wait. I am NOT coming back. Staff should be more considerate of the guests time and willing to refill a prescription that is past due. An older gentleman in front of me was also told to wait and it was noticeable he had bad knees and needed a chair to sit in. I am beyond disappointed for coming here, and I advise going elsewhere, if you can. ~Katherine

Update: Customer service is clearly dictated by pharmacy team cohesiveness. I went to pick up meds two days in a row which were equally busy. Different pharmacy team was working the next day and it was twice as efficient. Guess it just depends on the day 😕 Original: Understaffed and overworked. I’m here every 2 weeks and have watched this go from being a stellar pharmacy… until covid hit, and service has since gone way downhill. This is also a PSA to avoid the drive thru at all costs. They’ll barely acknowledge you over the speaker and then ignore you for as long as it’ll take for you to give up and drive away, all while you watch them funnel through the inside line. I don’t know why they just don’t close the drive thru portion - it’s useless to try. ~Maria

City Drug Fort Collins

I heard they had a good selection of imported products so I went to take a look but the woman working the register was extremely rude and didn't seem to like me looking around. She asked multiple times what I was looking for but I said I wasn't looking for anything specific, just seeing what they had. As my friend was checking out at the register I was still browsing a shelf of chocolates and I heard her ask my friend what I was up to over there. So yeah, I won't be back which is unfortunate since they had some interesting looking products I would have liked to try, but being in there was just soooo uncomfortable. ~Athanasia

Salud Family Health Centers

This was the quickest place to get into in town which wasn't quick at all. Set up an appointment back to back with my aunt with the same doctor. I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. Not a great first impression and he was clueless with my aunts situation and did not really offer much support. I needed an urgent care follow up...the best they could do was a phone appointment 3 weeks later. Dr Flory called me almost an hour past my appointment time at which point I was at work and could not complete my appointment. It took more than 24 hours for them to respond to my portal message about a debilitating migraine which I ended up just going to urgent care for. Honestly, I'm just going to keep going to urgent care for my own needs. But it may be worth the wait for you to be seen and your time actually respected elsewhere. I can saw my kid's doctor is great. But that's about it. ~Kenzie

Associates in Family Medicine Lemay Clinic

Dr. David Jung performed my consultation for a vasectomy and my vasectomy. For context, I'm 27 and have known for a decade that I do not want blood-born children and will go the adoption route if my partner and I want children in the future. I've heard stories of doctors talking individuals (more commonly women) out of vasectomies and hysterectomies and this was not the case with Dr. Jung. He was polite, understanding, yet serious in that I can tell he holds his position as a family medicine doctor highly. My procedure went entirely as expected and my recovery has been sound. I will highly recommend Dr. Jung to anyone seeking a primary care doctor or is in need of a "snip-snip, haha!! Thanks, Doc! :-) ~Andy

UCHealth Pharmacy - Harmony Campus

Phamacist: Large silver haired woman. She doesn't talk to customers. Has her staff lie and say they're filling your prescription. Then says they cant because of weird dosage Then has employee ask why such a drop. Share intimate personal things. All the sudden they CAN fill the script. Then they tell you your meds are ready. When I get home, find out the pharmacist gives me only a week, without telling me to my face. Sat around for 90 minutes. Could have just told me they needed to talk to the doctor. The truth. Don't fill your controlled substances here. She will decide when and how and if you get your meds. So dont do it. I then contacted her boss about the lying and making me wait unnecessarily asked me if I had a question then gaslightes me. Even though every other employee there is great and helpful and professional. This woman, her boss, and UC health don't care about your time or treatment. Just.control and money ~Brendan

Walgreens Pharmacy

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with and I would give them 0 stars if I could. I transfered my scripts from another Walgreens because they were regularly closed during their open hours. After coming here I first had to go inside because their drive thru window was closed for about a month. After entering the pharmacy I found out all but one of their cash registers were down so I waited, and waited, AND WAITED, till nearly an hour had passed before I could get to the front of the line and receive help. Then today I asked to have a script filled and was told via the app it would be but then I found out they were temporarily closed today; a Wednesday, without any information as to when they will be open. I requested that the script be transferred to a walgreens in Denver because I was leaving town but the initial order never got canceled or transfered when using the app. Since the app didn't work I called which was my second mistake because after waiting nearly 15 minutes on hold they picked up and immediately hung up on me........ I'm not sure who trained the staff but it's generally poor business practice to leave your clients on hold and then hang up on them. The worst part is, this is the second time this pharmacy has hung up on me after I called and waited on hold but I am forced to go through them because they have a contract with my insurance company that requires me to go through them. If I could leave I would but I can't so the least I can do is warn everyone else to stay as far away from this pharmacy as humanly possible because they will never care about you and that is literally their job. If you can't do your job right maybe you shouldn't offer the service to begin with. At least then I could switch to a compitent pharmacy and get my pills when I actually need them. I really hope you treat others better because this is truly insulting to be treated in such a way repetitively. ~Marcus
