I heard they had a good selection of imported products so I went to take a look but the woman working the register was extremely rude and didn't seem to like me looking around. She asked multiple times what I was looking for but I said I wasn't looking for anything specific, just seeing what they had. As my friend was checking out at the register I was still browsing a shelf of chocolates and I heard her ask my friend what I was up to over there. So yeah, I won't be back which is unfortunate since they had some interesting looking products I would have liked to try, but being in there was just soooo uncomfortable.

Gentleman in the pharmacy was very pleasant and helpful with a compact wheelchair we purchased. Was thorough with the wheelchair and gave ideas for other things we made need in caring for my elderly mother at home. We will definitely be back for other medical needs. They have everything!!!

Really rude staff. I needed some compression stockings ordered. I phoned and spoke to a man, gave him my insurance information, and contact info. He phoned back and said, we need the script first. I contacted my doctor, who gave me a paper script. I went in, and I explained to the woman at the counter (who removed her mask!!) that I had phoned and spoke to a man about my situation. She said you had to talk to so and so, went to him and I heard her say, she says she called and gave you her info. He said, ugh, whatever. She walked back and said, he lost all your info. I said, I'm sorry but I spoke to you twice (referencing the male). Who just ignored me, and the woman said, just give me your information again. But it was the tone that was so rude. I don't need you to smile and act like I'm you're favorite person, but just basic common courtesy is usually helpful in business. I said, no, that's fine. The overall attitude was really off, and they were just so rude. I will find another DME and get my needs met by somewhere else that isn't so rude to people. Geesh.

A hidden gem in Fort Collins. If you’ve never been to City Drug you are in for a treat! The European food (and gifts!) selection is superb. The best spot in FoCo for some Scandinavian specialties! I stop in here frequently for lefse, Swedish potato sausage, and lingonberry (and cloudberry) preserves. If you’re needing a European food fix, this is a MUST stop for you. You will be greeted by an older European woman who is absolutely delightful and full of life.

If you have never been into Fort Collins City Drug store then you are in for a treat! If you have been in before, well then you are equally in for a great time. This conveniently located store is a pharmacy yes, but includes an abundance of seasonal and anytime European foods and drinks, with a focus on German delights. Advent and Christmas are especially well stocked times when items like authentic imported Stollen, Gingerbread and the like are available. Everything from German brandy filled chocolate cherries and German processed Dallmayr coffee to Icelandic chocolate bars and Swedish Lingonberry Jam are often available. Please stop in. I was impressed by the selection and attentive service I received and I hope you will be too.

When I want a specialty German food, coffee, chocolate or liquor, I go here. I love the staff, they are like family to me. They smile, hug me and always ask how I am doing. I have no idea where the bad reviews come from, as I've never met a nicer family in my life. Thank you City Drug for "hanging in there" all these years and offering the best selection of European foods and specialty items ANYWHERE in Colorado! As for myself and friends, we are grateful for YOU!
