Pharmacist tech Jeffrey came out and announced loudly to about 7 people, I was on medicaid and why he couldn't substitute a brand med.for their required one, classy guy with no care for any privacy. He and a different Pharmacist told me they would call my dr's office for a refill on a crucial med. Talked to the office, no calls received regarding my script. After my call, they got it. Then they tell me they don't have it in stock, but I can go to a different store. I am gone, that's for sure. I transferred all my scripts back to Walmart on S Mason. Those folks are a pleasure.

This pharmacy is unreasonably slow to fill prescriptions. The time estimates they give are always the same (15 minutes, 30 minutes), but actual time to fill may take hours or even days. Most recently, an important prescription was not filled for me and I was given no notification of it. Frequently, there is no call for a filled prescription either. There is also very little privacy here.

The pharmacist had no regard for my privacy, speaking very loudly, waving around my prescription (which comes in a box with large bold print of what it's for) and reiterating several times what the doctor had already told me about the medication. Which is pretty self explanatory anyways. I'm embarrassed and feel like she was almost disgusted by what I needed for something I have no control of.

Do you need medicine? Are you in pain? Do. Not. Come. Here. Here is the saga of trying to get my medication. TLDR GO TO WALGREENS. I call on Saturday to ask about delivery option. The girl says "It's no problem you just call in and give them your information and credit card and they'll set it all up for you and have it delivered. If you call before 11:00 a.m. they can deliver it same day." Awesome. I call my doctor. She calls the RX in and I'm thinking it's good. I call the next day at 10:10. They won't deliver same day, but it's Sunday so okay that's fine. Monday I wait all day. All. Day. Nothing. Not a call. Not a confirmation. Nothing. Tuesday. I call bright and early just after 10 when they open only to be told that they have no record of yesterday's conversation. They don't have any record of my credit card number or what they've done with it. They have no record of me needing delivery. But they promise me they can get it done today. Yesterday they were "busy". I say okay and give them one more chance. I give them a different credit card because now I have to track the other credit card number to find out what's going to happen with it since they lost it and have no idea what they did with it. I give them my delivery address and they *promise me* it'll be here in the afternoon. 4:30 rolls around and nothing. I have not heard from them and I have not gotten my medication. I've now been several days without it and I'm in *pain*. I call the pharmacy and get hung up on *twice*. I go to the pharmacy and stand in line for 20 minutes and line doesn't move. It actually moves in reverse because they take people *from a different line entirely*. I called Walgreens and asked if they had my medication. They did and said it would take them 20 minutes. So I had my doctor called the medication in there and it took 20 minutes for them to fill it without any hassle at all. Moral of the story-- go to Walgreens.

Helpful, friendly employees. Prescriptions are filled on time and they always let you know when they're in or if they might have an issue filling due to no product etc.

Pharmacy staff is usually busy which is my main gripe and can sometimes seem in a hurry. Other than that I have received pretty OK service from the pharmacy and I appreciate when there’s no line and when I can actually get my prescriptions faster than at other places
