Best pharmacy around. David and his employees are ALWAYS well informed and polite. There is a large space between the front of the line and the counter so as to afford all customers privacy.

The service has declined over the years. Seems to be a long line all the time. There is only one person at the counter getting customers through. David the pharmacist is always helpful . Other than David service has declined ..

Don’t even waste your time thinking about their pharmacy. It’s always understaffed and every time I’ve come to pickup my prescription, I’ve waited minimum of 30 minutes in a line of 10 guests or less. Today, I was expecting my prescription to be ready at 1 pm, so I came to wait in line with 4 others in front. By the time I get to the register, I am told it will take 20 minutes for my birth control to be ready. Seriously??? I told them I cannot wait that long because it’s too long, and the pharmacists told me to come back another time to get it if I can’t wait. I am NOT coming back. Staff should be more considerate of the guests time and willing to refill a prescription that is past due. An older gentleman in front of me was also told to wait and it was noticeable he had bad knees and needed a chair to sit in. I am beyond disappointed for coming here, and I advise going elsewhere, if you can.

They are doing an excellent job considering how very understaffed they are. So next time you want to be rude about turn times and the line, STOP and think how many other stores, restaurant's etc. that are short staffed. If you've ever held a job in your life you're well aware how it feels. Please think prior to stepping up to the counter, put a smile on your face and be kind, you will feel better when walking away.

This is for the JFK King Soopers pharmacy specifically. The Taft Hill pharmacy is awesome! Go to any pharmacy besides this one! They NEVER have your prescriptions ready, even if you called it in a week before. They wait until you’ve stood in the hour-long line to pick it up to tell you they haven’t even started it and you’ll need to wait an additional 30 minutes or the next day. They are rather rude about this and get frustrated when you push them to fill your script because, well, you NEED it. Then they will make you stand there and wait while they fill your prescription. Ridiculous!!!

Unfortunately, poorly managed... Lines are always long and staff are often uncertain of who is supposed to be working which areas. During peak times, they typically have only one or two people assisting customers and the lines go down aisles.

They never have more than one person checking customers out. The line is always very long no matter when you go. When you call to make sure your prescription is ready before you wait forever in said long line, they leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and then hang up on you. Must transfer prescriptions immediately.

I've been going there for years, and I'm finally giving up. As others have said, their staff is rude; even ruder when you have to correct them due to their mistakes (which if you go there regularly, you will encounter). I've stayed because their prices are cheaper, but I'm finally at the point where I'll be happy to pay a few percent more to Safeway or Walgreens for some competency and basic customer respect. They're honestly just horrible.

Once again, they are always understaffed and only have one window open. Need to pay your employees better Kroger. Update: they didnt have my prescription ready, blaming the doctors office saying they called late which they didnt because I was there when the physician ordered it. These people lie and are unmotivated to do their job. And what do you know, another line over 10 people long. Absolutely horrendous, unprofessional ridiculous and pathetic business this place tries to call themselves a "pharmacy"

Pharmacy is terrible Do not let your doctor call in your prescription unless you are fully prepared to wait. Third one called in and always the same "no one has checked messages" So my prescription has been sitting there for over an hour and a half and then they have the gall to tell me 30-45 minutes longer. Complete waste of personnel and my time! Most of the people there look like they hate being there. Taking my business elsewhere!! Grocery part is great, but the pharmacy is the worst.
