Update: Customer service is clearly dictated by pharmacy team cohesiveness. I went to pick up meds two days in a row which were equally busy. Different pharmacy team was working the next day and it was twice as efficient. Guess it just depends on the day 😕 Original: Understaffed and overworked. I’m here every 2 weeks and have watched this go from being a stellar pharmacy… until covid hit, and service has since gone way downhill. This is also a PSA to avoid the drive thru at all costs. They’ll barely acknowledge you over the speaker and then ignore you for as long as it’ll take for you to give up and drive away, all while you watch them funnel through the inside line. I don’t know why they just don’t close the drive thru portion - it’s useless to try.

I went here for the first time because Walmart is a nightmare. They messed up my first order. I went through it 4 times with them. I was shorted. So another trip. I'm kinda disappointed in them I was hoping they had better service. I will see how it goes for awhile. I know it's an overwhelming job but medicine should be dispensed correctly. We shall see. Hours aren't the greatest.. they close early. 😑

I never know what I have to pickup or the status of fills or refills. When stuff gets sent here I have to stand in line up to the counter and then ask what's ready, they wont tell me what's in que waiting to be filled or if there's any issues with the scripts my Doctors sent, like if insurance doesnt cover they dont fill and never say anything to you unless you ask specifically where is this individual script? They have this fantasy app that's supposed to give you the ability to manage your prescriptions on line but I can never get logged in with it so once again I have to cross check with my doctors staff as what's been sent in for me, then go stand in line at the counter to then ask for information is the only communication option this pharmacy actually supports in practice and they change their hours on the fly so you can never be sure if they'll be open till your actually there standing in line and then that line is going to take about an hour for you to get up to the counter. Something about they're wage competitiveness toward voluntary slavery being the cause of why no one what's to wash the bosses car anymore either.

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse, It takes 5 days to get an RX filled and the lines lately have been 15 people deep with one person working and they shut down the drive through. I am definitely changing pharmacies, this is just HORRIBLE

Line is like this whenever I come to pick up scripts for my mom, doesn’t matter the day or the time. You’d think you were standing in line at Disney Land, but at the end, instead of a fun ride, you get a borderline rude staff member.

They are partial filling lots of my common prescriptions making me come back multiple times. There are 8nto 15 people in line all of the time no matter what time of day. 30 to 45 min wait. Then get there and the prescription isn't filled yet so you have to wait again. Then they partially fill it and you have to come back the next day and do it all over again.

Usually extremely long wait for a pick up (more than 30 minutes). Even when we call in a drop off and get confirmation that it is ready, half the time they say it is not. So wait 30 minutes to get to the pick up, and then they say to go shopping for 20 minutes while they get it ready. Something is not working correctly in their system, but they are all too busy to discuss.

Left a review earlier, but this needs updating. Had an urgent care antibiotic prescription called in this morning. 5 hours later, it's not done. These guys are the worst. Never coming back. OLD POST - I'm not sure what it is with this store, but there are some rude workers. The pharmacy is the worst. I could handle their slow ways if they were nicer. But around 75% of the time, these guys are not nice. Not too surprising, since the pharmacists are rude as well. Starts at the top.

If you have health issues that require you getting meds in a timely fashion don’t go here they are a joke and also the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever met they talk over you and everything they have real issues. I tried too let them they had a bunch used needles at there drive up and all I got was an attitude. The women here are especially rude they treated me like I was a joke basically. Very very judgemental.

I have been going to this pharmacy a long time just for convenience sake. I have had several issues with them and I don't know why I keep going. Recently, I called in a refill through the automated line. When I hadn't heard anything for a few days, I called to see what was going on. They said they didn't have my request. The woman acted like I hadn't really called it in. She was extremely rude. She was contradictory and by the time I got off the phone, I wasn't sure if she was going to call in the request to my doctor. Anyway, I have run into this over and over. There are very little customer service skills with this bunch and they don't seem to know how to work with the public to provide clarity, compassion, and good service. As soon as I can, I will try to find another pharmacy. Convenience isn't worth this type of treatment.
