They got my car in quickly, checked and found things that needed attention and were honest about the price.

It's their incompetent service department as a whole that earns this solitary star for them. Three of the four vehicles we own are Fords. My Escape is still under warranty, needed a couple of warranty issues and recalls addressed with it. I discussed all my concerns with their service advisor the next day since I had dropped my car after hours. Car was there at least a week due to parts being ordered, still not a problem yet. Go to pick up my car and at least two of the 4 or 5 concerns noted are as they were. The service advisor that was available at the time blamed it on the other service advisor, was not apologetic and barely even helpful when I wanted to leave the vehicle so they could address the remaining concerns. You would think that this isn't what they would expect of their advisors, but when I called to speak to the service manager all I got was more of the same. At no time was there any acknowledgment of any kind of failure on their part. Not one "I apologize" or "I'm sorry" at any point. People make mistakes, but real people own up to them. I decided I would pick up my car and take it to another dealer for the needed repairs. I also decided I would talk to Ford corporate where they seemed to actually show some concern over the way it was handled. I own three Ford vehicles, rest assured none of them will ever be seen in Tracey Langston's service department.

Called this location this morning 06/15/2022) to consider using them for maintenance on my Lincoln, from the moment the first lady answered the phone, no pleasantry in her voice no welcome feeling came through in her tone. I asked to be transferred to Automotive, thinking ok may be the next person will be a little more professional, on the contrary he was just as cold as the young lady. After getting an answer to my question, I decided if they will treat me like this over the phone then why should I expect anything different in person. I will not be patronizing this location. To the management I would encourage you to talk to your staff about "Customer Service" as well as tone and volume especially on call flow. Had they been a little more friendly sounding on the phone the likelihood of your location obtaining a true and loyal customer would have been great . I really hope that none of you feel attacked by my comments but rather empowered to use this as a training tool in the future for your staff. In todays world where people can be so rude and disheartening, you would think a business would strive for more. Be Blessed

I had to have the DEF reductant heater / pump assembly replaced for a malfunction, then a short time later I received a letter from Ford stating that this was going to be covered under Customer Satisfaction Program 21M01, so I returned the letter and my receipt to the Service department as instructed. Since I paid over $2000 to have this repair completed, I expected to receive that amount in return. However, I received ~$1200 from TL, so I called Service Manager to discuss. He told me that it was basically out of his hands and Ford dictates the amount they will reimburse. I have contacted Ford Corporate today, and I was advised this was not true and independently owned dealerships submit the amount requested. Service Manager stated that other work was performed besides the reductant heater work performed and that is the reason for the additional charges, but shouldn't all work and charges associated with the reductant heater failure line item on the receipt be included? He stated the injectors had to be cleaned etc., but wasn't this because of the repairs that were required because of the reductant heater failure? Also, I also requested a coolant flush, which I had been quoted at ~ $285 by another Ford dealership, so I expected that to be close to what it would be at the Tracy Langston dealership, but when I received the bill it was ~$780. I just requested a coolant flush, but unauthorized thermostat replacement work was performed without my approval, so I do not think this is fair.

This was my first visit to the Dealership. I bought a truck at vic Jenkins in Gallatin an it only came with 1 key. I went to get a key made. These guys were so nice. It was almost unbelievable. The man who did the key gets a 5⭐. He got in the driver seat an I sat in passenger just to see how it was done. We talked the entire time. He was totally polite an explained everything. It was so nice to know that REAL GENTLEMAN do exist. The Dealership got a 4 because they don't have a body shop an I did not know this. It was really clean to. The key cost 120.00 something. Y'all be careful with those keys with sensors. Don't lose em.😂 I thought vic Jenkins would have been kind enough to do that but I was wrong. Oh well. What comes around goes around.

Super nice guy at the service drive. Said he would get me an estimate for my insurance. Made the whole process easy and fast. Really helps us feel better after our car breaking down. Would recommend getting serviced here.

The guys at Tracy Langston seem like really genuine people. I had a major issue with a used vehicle I purchased two day ago and they have assured me they will make it right. I will update this post once all is done, but they have given me no reason to not give 5 stars yet. Thankyou Brad, Mike, and their manager!(will ask his name later)

I was in your dealership at 7am 12/27/21 for an alignment, and a tire rotation. The service tech that attempted to rotate the tires must have lost His thought process middle way of completing the service, because he put them back on like they had came off the truck. Had to re- rotate them. Alignment tech couldn’t  perform the alignment with factory Ford wheels, because he couldn’t get the clamps on. Same tech proceeded park my truck outside and ran over the curb without any regards . After all of that , the tech “ Bubba” that had to re- do the rotation, left the garage in my truck like it was a rental truck and come around the dealership so fast that the front tires squealed as he turned into the service lane to return my keys and truck to the counter. Being a ford factory dealership, I would expect a higher standard of service from YOUR employees to represent your name on the front of the building.  Hopeful it will help someone in the future that brings their vehicle in for a service.

Do not buy a used car from this dealership! Within three weeks of purchase of my used car, the entire braking system went out and need a full replacement. That's $3,819.91 dollars worth of brake work three weeks after purchasing the car. I spoke to the sales manager about how they inspect trade in vehicles and he gave a weak response about how they just look it over to see if anything is obvious. Then, passed the buck to the finance manager. This is not a finance issue, it's a business issue. This is an example of how NOT to run a dealership. Do the bare minimum, alienate your customers and don't fully certify your trade in vehicles. Be wise. Do not buy a used car from this dealership!
