I went in this story earlier today with my mother to return a few items she bought and didn’t like. Right off the bat, a worker named Beth was extremely rude towards us and attempting to refuse the return. We tried being polite but she did not have a good attitude whatsoever, very disrespectful and should not be working in customer service. Will NOT be returning to this location.

I will NEVER go to this location again. I went into the store last night. Mind you I spend 2000-3000 a year on clothing and accessories from catos. I think I would know my shoe size and clothing size. A older woman from last night asked me my size which is a size 8. Then she asks me if I am sure that was my size. She kept bothering me the whole time asking me if I wanted to try stuff on. So what do I look bigger than my size? I have shopped at this store enough to know my damn size. Then I shouldnt be made to feel uncomfortable if the lady doesn't believe that is indeed my size because I am very top heavy with a smaller waist. She needs to learn how to interact with customers. I will never go back to this location again. I will take my business to the Dickson, tn Catos. I have gone there several times and the ladies are very friendly.

It never fails… Every time I go into Cato’s I’m amazed at all the new clothes they have . I probably spend upwards to 500+ a year… The Springfield store is amazing and so many of the employees pay special attention to your fashion sense. It’s my favorite place to shop

The clothes are nice and reasonable it's the employees that work there. The employees greet certain people. A black couple came in and I saw the employee gave them a hateful look. Two seconds later a white walks in and the employee spoke to her. The black couple saw what happened and walked right back the door. This is very unprofessional in a small town or anywhere. I will not go back because of this behavior. I will go the distance to Hermitage. Hermitage greets you from the moment you walk into their store.
