Used them a couple of years ago for a couple of window replacements and some new screens. ?"Gave me a fair estimate and options of payment as well. They came on the exact date they told me for installation. Will only use these folks for window repair.

They were very prompt, always on time, and professional. After this experience, I wouldn't consider another company for windows. I took my very large mirror into Springfield Glass to replace the broken mirror. They did a wonderful job on it, making it look like new! Repairs were accomplished in very few days. Staff were courteous and professional.

We got estimates from three companies to replace 27 windows. Springfield Glass was recommended to us by four different family members and friends who had done business with them. Based on the price and quality of windows, and those recommendations, we chose Springfield Glass. We have no regrets. We are pleased with the installation and the quality of windows that were installed. We had a representative from the electric company inspect our house for energy efficiency. The company has great employees from the office, to the gentleman who came out and provided the quote, and the installers. They were friendly, on time and communicated their arrival. They removed and replaced a transom window and cleaned up all debris in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Springfield Glass.

After buying a new home, which had all brand new windows installed. A crack formed on one of the dining room windows. Even though the previous home owners opted out of the glass warranty, Mark, the owner of Springfield Glass, personally came to Nashville to inspect and help resolve the issue. Now that’s professional quality service! I would highly recommend this or any other company that gives that type of treatment to back their name, reputation and product!!!
