I went in this story earlier today with my mother to return a few items she bought and didn’t like. Right off the bat, a worker named Beth was extremely rude towards us and attempting to refuse the return. We tried being polite but she did not have a good attitude whatsoever, very disrespectful and should not be working in customer service. Will NOT be returning to this location. ~Katelyn

The lady that worked on Monday night Oct 28 was very rude. I called to tell her a problem i had with an item i purchased but she hung up on me. She wouldn't tell me her name and threatened 2 call the police on me. The young man that was working with her totally ignored me and he was the one that checked me out. I won't say the problem i had cuz it was very disgusting but the family dollar in. Springfield Tn needs employee customer service training really bad. I will never spend another dime there and will tell my friends bout my problem. This store is awful ~Nola

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I go in today no one at register no one on the floor working. The store was not as clean as it usually is bare shelves. I do my shopping not much to choose from get to register and employee comes out wearing what appeared to be running clothes. Not proper attire for a work place. I didn't get a hello or anything. Very rude I know everyone is short on help but if you expect to be in business then you should have employees willing to work not there doing nothing. To many dollar stores and not enough help. If you think your to good to work then stay at home I will never return to this store. I would have given a 0 if that had been an option.i will be calling dollar general head quarters. Didn't give me my receipt or anything. ~Chase

Great place to do business with! Mike and the staff were very helpful and informative and punctual. If mike said he’s going to call he’s going to call and they helped expedite my repair because I use my truck every day for work. Gave me all my options for my choice of repair as well as mentioned other things to find out about the truck because I had only owned the truck for 27 days and the dealer was being zero help when time was of the essence. They had my truck in and out in 3 business days and the price was more then fair for what they did for me! We had a wonderful experience with Springfield Glass. Everything from the initial request for an appointment, to the measuring and installation was smooth and easy. They were very prompt, always on time, and professional. After this experience, I wouldn't consider another company for windows. It's their incompetent service department as a whole that earns this solitary star for them. Three of the four vehicles we own are Fords. My Escape is still under warranty, needed a couple of warranty issues and recalls addressed with it. I discussed all my concerns with their service advisor the next day since I had dropped my car after hours. Car was there at least a week due to parts being ordered, still not a problem yet. Go to pick up my car and at least two of the 4 or 5 concerns noted are as they were. The service advisor that was available at the time blamed it on the other service advisor, was not apologetic and barely even helpful when I wanted to leave the vehicle so they could address the remaining concerns. You would think that this isn't what they would expect of their advisors, but when I called to speak to the service manager all I got was more of the same. At no time was there any acknowledgment of any kind of failure on their part. Not one "I apologize" or "I'm sorry" at any point. People make mistakes, but real people own up to them. I decided I would pick up my car and take it to another dealer for the needed repairs. I also decided I would talk to Ford corporate where they seemed to actually show some concern over the way it was handled. I own three Ford vehicles, rest assured none of them will ever be seen in Tracey Langston's service department. ~Jeremy

Ordered a door and was suppose to be delivered a few days later. Even called a day prior to expected delivery day to confirm the door was still going to be delivered, said that it was still on for delivery that next day. Never seen or heard another word from them, been almost two weeks at the time of this posting. Went with another company and had the door next day. ~Mathew
