Best dollar store in Springfield, Tennessee (TN) 2024

The lady that worked on Monday night Oct 28 was very rude. I called to tell her a problem i had with an item i purchased but she hung up on me. She wouldn't tell me her name and threatened 2 call the police on me. The young man that was working with her totally ignored me and he was the one that checked me out. I won't say the problem i had cuz it was very disgusting but the family dollar in. Springfield Tn needs employee customer service training really bad. I will never spend another dime there and will tell my friends bout my problem. This store is awful ~Nola

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I go in today no one at register no one on the floor working. The store was not as clean as it usually is bare shelves. I do my shopping not much to choose from get to register and employee comes out wearing what appeared to be running clothes. Not proper attire for a work place. I didn't get a hello or anything. Very rude I know everyone is short on help but if you expect to be in business then you should have employees willing to work not there doing nothing. To many dollar stores and not enough help. If you think your to good to work then stay at home I will never return to this store. I would have given a 0 if that had been an option.i will be calling dollar general head quarters. Didn't give me my receipt or anything. ~Chase

This store seems like it is never stocked and doesn't have hardly anything. The aisles always have crates of goods blocking the aisles but is never put away ,it's very close to my home but will drive to the Greenbriar store that seems to be on top of what's going on . I hate to leave 1 star but it don't allow you not to leave at least 1 ~mike
