DO NOT PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. This pharmacy is grossly understaffed, mismanaged and should be permanently closed. They're understaffed or have no staff hence the delivery of scheduled medications puts patients at risk. They LIE, telling you stories to avoid losing your business. This has now happened twice in one week regarding narcotic medicine which cannot be transferred via phone but must be called in to another pharmacy directly by the Dr. Hence delays in fulfilling medicines that have run out and can only be filled at specific intervals. This pharmacy in Safeway at west Drake and Taft hill rd Fort Collins has no concern for patient health. Take your prescriptions elsewhere or be seriously disappointed and expect to miss required dose of critical medicines. SHUTTER THIS PHARMACY IMMEDIATELY

Jenna and the staff are wonderful! So professional. I’ve seen them handle difficult customers with kindness and grace. They get to know me and I feel so welcome when I come.

Very slow. When I tried to switch pharmacies, they were very difficult to work with and simply didn’t answer calls from myself or the new pharmacy to get the prescription sent over.

This pharmacy is just not good at all, I hate writing negative reviews but this experience is too commonplace. They never have the brand my Doctor instructs me to take, it is always ‘on back order.’ Okay perhaps this is the distributor’s issue, but for over a year now? More importantly they received my prescription from my doctor on the 17th, called today to check the status, I was told ‘oh it’s not ready yet, but I will process it now. It should be ready in a couple hours.’ Prior they did not see fit to tell me the prescription had expired two days prior to ordering. The reason it had expired is due to the lack of the proper manufacturer supply, and thus instead of a 90 count I was receiving 30 count bottles, seems likely it would expire more quickly when only receiving 1/3 of it each time. I placed the refill on the 3rd of December, nothing until I called, then my doctor gets involved and in 6 days they still have not filled it. Here is the kicker, the bottle is sealed from the manufacturer they don’t have to actually count the pills all they have to do is process the request. I have now been out for 3 weeks, and it took a third phone call to finally have it processed, I will see if I can finally pick it up today. I know you all are busy but this is a bit ridiculous.

The Starbucks manager that they won't fired was showing an employee how to do something, right in front of me she humiliated him. I stood there for over a minute watching this. This is not the first incident.
