Self checkout is NOT user friendly! It repeatedly kept stopping to have store employee check what I scanned. I like to shop in the morning when the store opens so I can get in and out fast but the continuous delays in the self checkout is making it difficult. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue and was told there was not one available in the store. I have been using self checkout for a long time but it is becoming more and more frustrating!

They usually are not fully stocked. At most they won't have 3-4 items I need. But the staff are lovely and nice.

I was at the Deli today 6/12/2022 to get some sliced ham it was me and one person in front of me and the guy who was younger that was working said that he was only able to help the person that was in front of me because they were closing an hour early today??? I was very upset because I don't understand why he couldn't have helped both of us. But like I said the guy said he could only help the other person so me and my husband left without getting our ham. I could have understood if there would have been a huge line but it was only me and one other customer and I was already in line before the Dreli closed!!! I shop at this Safeway many times a week, but I was very disappointed at the way I was treated today. Example If I would have been at the bank before they closed they would have waited on me and not sent me away!!!

The guy in the meat department is top notch! Keep him I've had a lot of wonderful experiences at the store! But today the worst Experience has presented itself I tried to check out at the self checked out The cashier working it that's there to help was so rude!! Told me to stop touching the bags in the bags as I was trying to double bag one of my bags Then she proceeded to tell me how I should hold the bag I told her that that's irrelevant to her she started yelling and cussing at me. This rating was a 5 star it's a 3 now

completely stopped selling my maruchan ramen in favor of their store brand ramen that costs 5 times as much. feeling disrespected. employees are chill

Generally I am happy doing my grocery shopping at this location as it is typically well stocked and employees are nice enough. This review is regarding the online ordering aspect of the store. I have ordered online twice due to being sick, and both times have been frustrating. Today, upon returning home with my groceries, I realized I was missing 4 items that I was charged for (no indication that they were out of stock or substituted for). I also had 1 item marked as out of stock, and 1 other item that was marked as substituted. I begrudgingly returned to the store for the missing items and decided to check and see if I could find the out of stock and substituted items, and to my surprise they were both plentifully stocked. I wish more attention would have been paid by the employee doing the shopping. What is supposed to be a convenient option for those who need it turned into something that took more effort (and wasted money) than if I were to just go into the store and shop myself.

Gas station is hardly ever open & th employees inside are so rude!!!! The lady cashier made comments like we were shop lifting because we didn't have a basket & my grand daughter was helping me carry items??? She didn't even wait until we went to the checkout line?? We were on our way to checkout not the front door??? How humiliating & my poor grand daughter feelings are very hurt! This isn't the first time of the clerks being rude it's all the time !!! I will never shop there again!!! I've given the store so many chances thinking is just a couple rude people but it apparently everyone they hire

Good grocery store. Good selection. They do sneaky layout things like split breakfast meats on the other side of the store from eggs and hash browns so you have to walk through more departments. That's an example of something awful. More pricey than Target or Walmart. Convenient neighborhood location.

Safeway.. has what you need. There is even a Claw coin operated machine to try and win stuff toys out of. Also this location on Drake and the one on Harmony are currently open later than King Soopers and Walmart. Call the stores for hours. The Google times often need updating.

I think the Safeway on Drake is the nicest Safeway in Fort Collins. They have people working at this store that use to work at the old Safeway on 287. I think the produce at this store can compare to WholeFoods or Sprouts. The store is very clean They have a big self checkout and nice parking lot. There is a hardware store next door, a gas station and a poudre feed store close by so that is an added good feature
