They help me work through the details of every project, and my kids adore them! Having them come to our home has truly been a gift. Long time customer of RSI. Had a small emergency when I changed my wifi router to new google wifi mesh system. I could no longer connect to alarm system or climate controls on ipad app. I called RSI and spoke with Brian and explained the problem. He had Dave, their IT expert, call me when he was free. Dave was great and helped walk me through changing the IP address of my system and system app to the new wifi IP address. This we were able to do over the phone using the alarm keypad and the app settings on the ipad. Problem solved in less than 10 minutes! You won't be sorry if you chose this company for home automation, home security or home theater equipment.

RSI is a great company to work with. They are knowledgable, customer focused and honest. I recently had them do some work in my home and everything they did exceeded my expectations. The owner of the business came out to my home, did an evaluation of what I had, determined my needs, and we started installation the following week. Now, I have an complete A/V system with multiple zones and multiple sources, all accessible from my iPad/iPhone device. Future add on's will be controlled lighting and security. The set-up is so simple, my 7 yr old can run it. RSI rocks and I would recommend their work to anyone.

I was looking to purchase a house that had some low voltage lighting and sound. I wasn't sure what I was looking at so I called RSI for no charge they came out and took a look at the system and informed me what it was. I ended up not purchasing that house. Two years later I purchased a home and called RSI back. They installed some crazy cool stuff. They call it a savant system along with a home network, they also hung a few TV's, put speakers everywhere. Like the previous poster I control everything through my IPHONE/IPAD. I honestly know nothing about this stuff. I do know their installers were very professional. The total job took a few weeks. Would absolutely recommend these guys.

If you're looking for any kind of home automation I highly recommend starting with Residential Systems Inc. They will walk you through the entire process, giving you honest answers as well as the pros and cons to every idea that might fit your home. Not only that, but the follow-through from them to ensure that you're happy once the project is done is fantastic. You don't have to worry at all with these guys from start to finish.
