Jared Boulter has been very helpful. From the day I got the car he’s helped me out. Even when there is problems it’s easy to fix just by shooting a text. Very responsive and caring salesman I don’t think I’ve had a salesman like jared before. Got a great deal, good Servise, and hospitality. Will be coming again when I want a new one!

I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST MINI COUP CONVERTIBLE! And I love it. Jared Boulter was the Salesman who assisted me, and he was great. I drove into the dealership with my PIECE OF @#$% Sonata. Over 14 years old. I really need a new car. I always wanted a mini and with my increase in pay a work I thought I could afford 1 now. AND I COULD! They gave me a great deal on a use Mini Coup and me and my girlfriend absolutely love it. I would recommend Mini of Loveland to anyone looking for their first. I’ve been a customer of Mini of Loveland for 6 years and I am honestly afraid to buy a car from anyone else. The warranties are incredible. Absolutely go above and beyond any other dealership or company. My warrenty has been expired for 2 years and they still go above and beyond to make sure I’m safe and comfortable and that the service is affordable. Jared in the Mini of Loveland service department is my absolute favorite and I hope he knows it (I told him every chance I got. To add some credibility I will say everything has been amazing except one situation back in 2017 that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND BEYOND BEYOND to make right. So right I’ve never complained again. If I talk about the situation it was how amazing they helped me and made it right. If that’s the worst someone has to say about a place, I’d say go for it!! Mini’s are also amazing cars and essentially a luxury BMW at an affordable price. Can’t say enough wonderful things. Love them!!!

MINI of Loveland has provided not only great service on my MINI Countryman but also has a stellar Sales Manager, Bo Penney, who is always willing to work with me on obtaining the right vehicle. Since Noe Andrade has joined the team in the Mini service department, I know my car is in good hands. MINI always has new and fun features, and Gene Moore is the MINI genius who will make sure you know how to use all of those features so you can enjoy a great ride.

I had an excellent car-buying experience here, starting with the care, thoroughness, and helpfulness with which my sales associate Donna answered my questions by phone. Later that evening, when I went into the dealership, Donna was funny, open, kind, and competent as she patiently helped me test-drive, play around with, and eventually purchase the car. The purchase was about as quick as a car purchase can get, and Donna stayed late to make sure I was all squared away. Later, she followed up on how the car was doing, sent me a "Thank You" card, and even called me on my birthday. I feel like I have a new best friend as well as a new car. To top it all off, though--I freaking LOVE MY MINI! Get in one, and you'll be a MINI driver for life.

Last weekend we went to Loveland to test drive one of the new 2017 Minis. My previous Mini convertible (Lucy) was an '09 and I was looking forward to the upgrades of the newer model, though I loved Lucy. I got there thinking that I'd order a new one as the blue that was on the lot was my second choice, but Shawn Eppel sold me on the blue. It had everything I wanted and was available immediately. I generally dread the process of new car purchase. It's an entire day by the time it's all said and done. We were completely finished within a few hours, and I had the rest of the day to drive my great new car. We've made a number of Mini purchases at Mini of Loveland, and each time the staff has gone above and beyond our expectations with regard to their helpfulness, knowledge, and utter and complete lack of "pushy salespeople". When it's time for maintenance, they're fast and efficient, and we've never had a moment's issue with our Minis in the past.
