This place is just awful. I would have given it 1 star but it's an essential business. Customer service is atrocious. Called to cancel an order and call was picked up by floral. I was told she could not transfer me and that I need to call back. Okay...not a big deal. Called back and my call disconnected 4 times. Called a 6h time and some one picked up the phone and proceeded to hammer type in my ear before hanging up on me again. Called a 7th time, got floral again. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She said that I couldn't because he was not there. Warden is away and the inmates will play.

Please be careful when using your debit card at this king Sooper, my debit card was stolen and use so many times to purchase food or whatever they want over $700 amount of supplies and they when to so many of this King Soopers locations at #5102,#5118,#5114,#5022 and more , please be careful

Just left there right now, I went to get fried chicken. The fried chicken in the case was old and dried up so I asked if more was coming out. Just then the guy pulls out fresh chicken and then refused to sell it to me. On top of that they had no sides. This is at 12:30pm, lunch time. The guy doing the chicken was absolutely rude and awful and super lazy to not have any sides ready at lunch. He threw all that fresh chicken into the fridge... I will never go here for lunch. Absolute trash customer service

When people say the food at King Soopers is fresh, they mean it! I have been shopping at King Soopers all over for many years, and only a couple times have I found bad, rotten, or moldy food. King Soopers is many times better than Safeway, Target, Walmart, and all other grocery stores in the area. Not only are their prices super good, so is their food! I would not trust another store with my food like the way I trust King Soopers with it.

Being the closest King Soopers, I appreciate their different selection of items than the other grocery stores around. This particular location seems to have issues getting stock unpacked and on the shelves. Often it is difficult to navigate around multiple unpacked pallets on the floor.

I am sad to say that this location gave me very poor service. I came in here to grab a hot lunch but when I arrived at the deli, the hot foods section was closed. When I asked an employee if the section would be opening soon I was given a very rude answer about them being understaffed and they don't serve hot foods any more until they can hire more people. I can understand being understaffed but treating customers badly because of it is unacceptable

Ducked in for a pharmacy pickup at 8:30, they don't open until 10am. Grabbed 6 frozen lemonade and some band-aids and hit the checkout just as one cashier was opening. Start to get in line and he waves me off and says I'm going to help this guy, waves over the next in line 4 stands away who has to back out with his two carts full of 200+ items. My <2min checkout turned into a half-hour so I bailed and went to look for a faster line but everything was backed up so I ditched my groceries with the self check attendant and walked out. A 10 minute errand turned into a nightmare. Going to be avoiding this store for some time.

I want to like this store, but it’s so difficult when they are constantly having issues stocking their shelves. They are always out of of something on my list whether it is bread, milk, creamer, cream cheese, or deli meat. This was an issue before the pandemic and it’s even worse now with the labor shortage. Last week they were out of 2% Milk but I could see crates of milk ready to be stocked sitting in the back behind the refrigerated shelves. I’m assuming no one was there to stock them? I also purchased an expensive four pack of unsalted butter that expired the very next day. I’ve never had to double check dates at other stores, only this one. I don’t know what this location is doing wrong, but I hate that this is the one closest to me. I’m hoping that management can do something to solve these issues. I honestly want this location to turn things around!

I Loved this place. Extremely clean store. The entire staff is Very Friendly. I visited customer service where i was greeted by Patty, She is Awesome. Glady held a bag from another location in order for Me to shop comfortable. Then i was completely blind sided by the Unbelievably Beautiful Flowers. So Many Beautiful Bouquets. Lady in the department was Amazing Herself. I Really enjoyed the Beauty. I will admit i was captivated by all the Gorgeous Roses.

Cana was standing outside offering to help me and my family on this snowy day. She wached my shopping cart while my father went and got the car, Cana even helped us lode the car. Thank you Cana Sincerely Madden Howland
