If you want the worst care around you found your spot, blonde haired woman at the front desk is rude, condescending and doesn't know how to do her job. When she didn't like being put in her place of how she spoke to myself and an elderly woman she had the PA say he didn't feel comfortable giving my son his shots without his full record from birth and refused service, even though I provided a clinical form of what he needs. Just go to Newtown rd they know what they are doing and are amazing!! They confirmed all I needed was what I provided. Main st pettiness doesn't fly in the medical field you really need to find a different field to work in ... respectfully

I went to this place one day and couldn’t get looked at. Had to make an appointment for next day. What I was getting looked at was personal and I specified to the doctor I only wanted one set of eyes on me (I waited an hour and a half past my time to get looked at). She walks in with a young girl around my age (of course I’d be uncomfortable). I say to the doctor “she isn’t going to look right?” and the young assistant said “it’s fine I’ll turn around” and the older doctor said “no you have to look” then looks at me and says “you are wasting our time what are we gonna do?” I was furious and said it’s fine I’m leaving. I put my clothes out and walk into the hallways to hear the doctor laughing about my situation. So apparently my feelings don’t matter at urgent care. It was an older colored woman with very short hair. Stay away from that place if you’re like me and get nervous. I was embarrassed, and I didn’t waste their time. They had me waiting almost two hours for an APPOINTMENT. They wasted my time. Save yourself the stress. Go to any other place and I’m sure they’ll respect your feelings.

Extremely disappointed in my latest experience here. I came in contact with someone that had covid and tested positive less than a day later, after five days of quarantining I began experiencing shortness of breath and since I have asthma, I was worried about my lungs. I called urgent care ahead of time to make sure it was okay for me to come in to which they urged me to. The provider, Alex was extremely unhelpful as were the other medical staff who had the attitude 'well, what do you want me to do about it'. Very unprofessional and annoyed with the lack of care/empathy for their patients. I will never go back.

Getting cut on a piece of glass I decided to go to URGENT CARE .From the moment I walked thru the door Diana, the receptionist guided me thru the check-in process ( Eyeballing me all the time) and explaining what would be next....Cassandra the nurse then call me into the procedure room and cleaned the wound thoroughly and in the most friendly and professional manner took my vitals and information. The Doctor then came in and took over the care. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes......Great Job Everyone!!!!!

Payed 75 dollars just to be told to go see a dermatologist... that's the most idiotic thing. I wasn't even given anything either!!! The providers name that checked me was Alex, most horrible provider by far. Ive had a great experience with the provider named Monique! She was very helpful!! Front desk lady Deanna and Gabriela were the best!! These three ladies need a raise!!!

My wife and I needed covid tests for travel. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The nurse who took the test as well. The Dr who gave our results was great. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The different kinds of tests, the levels of accuracy, he even helped us understand entry requirements listed on our destination's website.

Recently i had a visit at Urgent Care in Danbury. In I must say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. Staff are extremely professional ,Monique the doctor who treated me , she is very pleasant women in had a sense of calmness to her. You know sometimes certain hospitals you get seen by doctors in your already feeling down in they make you feel unwelcome but this experience wasn’t like that this time.She was very knowledgeable about the situation ,answered all my questions properly and the wait was not long at all. Thank you for everything. 🙂

I had a really great experience here. Loni the PA was so amazing and made me feel so much calmer about even being in an urgent care in these times. She helped ease my nerves and she immediately knew what was wrong with me after taking one quick look at me. She is amazing!! The front desk staff were also so nice as well.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They treated my husband and I with respect. They showed they cared for our well being. The receptionist is a sweet heart and the young lady administrating the test was also a sweet heart and kept us at ease. Both were also very professional. This was my first time at any Urgent care and I felt very relaxed during the whole process. We were appreciative of the efforts they made to fit us in. The Clinic is also very clean and in my opinion, thats very important. Thank you all so much. This will definitely be our Urgent Care Clinic for future health issues.
