Why pay for delivery if you won't get it. Rent a uhual instead and pickup yourself. Been waiting two days and still no delivery. I asked for some form of compensation because of this I was told I could get a free vase. But no store credit, setup assistance, delivery refund, NOTHING but a damn vase which I could care less for. Will never buy here again.

Do NOT shop here. Yes they are good prices, but their customer service AND delivery are Trash. They say NEXT DAY SHIPPING, even have you pay the fee. We did not receive our furniture until a whole day late. We tried to ask them for a least some money back but we were denied. DO NOT ADVERTISE NEXT DAY SHIPPING if that’s not the case. I had to wait all day at home for furniture they weren’t going to deliver just for them to call me right when they close to say it’s not coming anymore. Well obviously!

My order was delay 5 days and they claim its vendor problem which I dont believe till I saw the date stamp on one of the box wow I was surprise they deliver same day they pickup the furniture ! and they even send me a free vase for the delay, i never bother with review but i feel bad for yelling about my delay now..... :-)
