The man behind the counter was not very sociable. He was very grumpy and told me that because i used a card that i would only be charged for the cost of gas that i put in my car not for the entire $20.00 i asked for. The gas total was 16.02 i never received the difference put back onto the card i used!!!!! I understand it is only a small amount difference but right now every penny counts!! I also am a rewards member and told the man that,i should have gotten 5cents off per gallon but i never received that either! I will never be going back to this particular shell station again!!!

Took my gas points but didn't give me the discount. The service clerk was not helpful and said "sorry I can't help you." Not worth the stop.

I come every morning and always walk out with a smile. Best gas station/ convenience store around. The gentleman in the morning is always in a good mood with puts me in one too. Keep it up!

The gas is thirty cents higher than other stations so getting$2 off a wash isn't a good deal. The guy tried to short change me once in the station and at the wash. They do a good job but I don't like being ripped off or attempted to be. He fakes he doesn't know English when we gets caught. Be warned and ready.

Great stop if your heading to Six Flags New England. About 15 minutes away with restrooms great gas prices and an atm to get cash for parking.

Never buy gas here. I think they water down there gas. Had issue with a vehicle I had after I got gas here

The CAR WASH behind the store is the best and cheapest in the area. There is usually a younger gentleman at the car wash he is so good with scrubbing the front and rear of the car with the brush. No car wash ever gets all those front bugs off, so this is a plus!! I ALWAYS TOSS HIM A TIP BECAUSE HE PROBABLY GET PAID VERY LITTLE AND DOES A FABULOUS JOB! Then they have free vacuums for your use after the wash and they work awesome. Hours are 7-7 and Sunday I think they open at 8.

No heat. Bathroom is like 40°(F), hot water is turned OFF (violation of health code not to have hot water in public bathroom). When i try to suggest to Shell stn clerk that they prop the bathroom doors open (i thot it was only cold because it was set up so heat is motion-activated in bathrooms), he passes the buck & tells me the bathrooms r Dunkin Donuts' responsibility. Then he tells me the ladies' rm is DD's responsibility, the men's rm is his. (Really??! Besides that sounding ridiculous, & the DD people saying thats not true, evn if it WAS true, i'm only talking about proping a door open to allow some heat in!) But it turns out the only heat for the rest of the store is actually coming frm the DD ovens! Idk how their pipes aren't frozen--it's 15°F outside! But the bathrm was acceptably clean, & had toilet paper & soap & a working hand dryer.
