Salesman said, "I'm not comfortable rest driving in this weather" . It has rained that day and was wet. The car must have been made is sugar. More likely bald tires. Wouldn't let us drive it without discussing financing. What a joke. Absolutely lost a sale, a slam dunk sale. Cash in pocket sale. Your competition was happy to help and deliver the same. Will never pull in your lot again, or recommend to anyone.

Originally I went to another place to look at a car and following my immediate disappointment I started to wonder around places to buy cars nearby. That’s how I found United Auto. I saw a reasonably priced SUV at their lot, I asked for the car fax and got it inmediately, Jim Le Piano (the owner) took care of me, answered all my questions, and got on the phone with my insurance person to make sure I could drive the car out of the lot legally once I bought it. The man was nice, respectful and good to work with. The car is a great find! I took it to have a multipoint inspection today and the person at dealership straight up said to me “you got a great car. You will get at least 3 years out of it, easy”. That’s a lot to say for a 2006 car with almost 200k miles. But then again, it’s a Toyota 4Runner. And it purrrrrrrrs. I highly recommended this place!

My husband and I just bought a dodge caravan from this dealership yesterday and were very pleased with our experience. We test drove Saturday, put a deposit down, and they got the car in the shop Monday morning along with pictures and updates. Really appreciated the communication and how seamless Rodney made the process.

Loved the vibe at this establishment. From Jim the owner, to the tech, they were very respectful and knowledgeable at what they do. Came in feeling very overwhelmed and a little discouraged and hopeless does the not having a vehicle , and I drove out feeling at ease and at peace. Will be back soon when ready for an upgrade

I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Camry from this dealership. United Auto Sales went above and beyond what I expected from a used car dealership. They fixed several small issues, including a dent in the front bumper, at no additional cost. They really do live up to their sales slogan of "a good deal plus a good deal more". I would recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a red Ford Mustang '05 from these guys. The car was in very good condition. It needed a new ball joint to pass inspection, which they quickly fixed. What separates these guys from some of their competitors is that they offer a 1-month warranty on their cars for inspection issues and half price for other repairs during the first month of ownership. This gives you the peace of mind you need to feel comfortable making the purchase. Wish more other used car dealers did this.

I bought my 08 Mazdaspeed 3 from here about a week or so ago and from the start the service was efficient and welcoming. Jim was the one who helped me out but I did come in contact with the other employees and I can say they're all friendly and professional. They have new cars almost everyday, I drove here 3 other times and I felt like buying another car. The hospitality was great and they were able to resolve my issues and concerns with no hesitation. I rather buy from united auto anytime compared to the commercial dealership I purchased my last car from. Thank you Jim and Crew for the car and service!

Best vehicle search experience ever! All cars seen there were of excellent quality. They were very good listeners. Entire staff was polite, down to earth and professional. We were treated like family. Rodney Hanna was all about the facts, he is quite intelligent, trustworthy and very honest. He treated us with respect and concern from start to delivery. Jim Del Piano the owner was just the same! He was also welcoming, humble and thankful for our business. They both made us feel quite welcome and we were confident in doing business with them.
