Pilates sessions with Wanessa are terrific. She is very knowledgeable and able to assess the needs and capabilities of her clients. Each session is comprised of a balanced variety of exercises that address different aspects of physical conditioning. I particularly like that Wanessa challenges me to venture beyond what I think I can do and encourages me to work toward new goals. At the end of the sessions I feel rejuvenated.

Wanessa Anderson is the best personal trainer that I have ever had. It is clear from the way she trains that she is exceptionally knowledgeable about what she teaches. She communicates that knowledge in such a way that I am learning as I am exercising. She takes training very seriously and is very focused, unlike some personal trainers who seem bored or talk the entire time. She is warm, engaging and makes the training fun. I look forward to every session I have with her. I recommend her most highly and without any reservation!

Wanessa’s energy is electrifying and her positivity is simply contagious. After my workouts at her studio I feel accomplished and leave more energized. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable. My favorite classes at her studio are the dance workouts. I personally love her style! I am so happy to have been recommended to Wanessa! One of the things I missed the most during The Pandemic was workout classes. What I love the most about Wanessa’s charming and cozy studio that always wafts of a wonderful essential oil, is that every day and every class is different— between a super fun dance cardio class with killer tunes , to Barre which I’d rarely done, to the stress relieving yin yogaish classes- Every body part and the mind gets attention. A huge Thank you and wonderful way to begin my day!! 💜☺️

I was a little nervous to get started with Wanessa because I was feeling a little slow moving and a great need to be kind to myself. In just a few weeks I feel such a difference! The gentle, slow movements of the workouts are exactly what I've needed. I feel myself growing stronger. My body just savors the pilates machines and the way that Wanessa eases me further into the stretches feels great. I find that after my 30 minute workout my body craves a nice brisk walk. I'm so grateful for this experience!
